As I filled the unit, I quickly realized that with the stuff we still needed to downsize yet and the two motorcycles, we would need a bigger unit. She put me on the list and sure enough, one became available a little over a month later. Throughout our move and the two units, Karen has been extremely easy to reach and ALWAYS gets back to me immediately, staying in touch the entire time we were waiting for the bigger units to come available.
