A friend of mine periodically visits this Barbershop - so when it was time for a periodic neck and ear clean up (in between regular haircuts) - I decided to give this place a whirl. It was a weekday - when I walked in - there were no waiting customers - so I got right into a chair. I conveyed what I was looking for to the barber - and she got to work. They use some sort of vacuum system - so they are literally hoovering away the hair as it is cut. I've only seen this once before. She did a good job! I took my 10-year-old for a fresh haircut before school started. It was packed with people but they moved through guests quickly without sacrificing the quality of the cut. IU've been sporting a three month "Covid-19" haircut (or lack there of...) and decided to try out the new Devlin Barbershop located at the intersection of Linton Hall and Devlin Road. Everything is this shop is brand new, super clean and very comfortable. They charge $17 for men's cut, $10 for children and will also offer shaves when the time is right! I noted that they are super serious about sanitation and watched them wipe down everything sanitizer between cuts. I also noted something special about the haircut equipment. They have vacuum systems attached to their cutters and vacuum up hair during a hand cut. Hence, there is no hair on the floor, and more importantly, you leave super clean! No cut hair on your forehead or shoulders! They finish each haircut with a close shaping shave complete with warm towel! It's now my "go to" location for haircuts. read more

This was my first visit to this barbershop and I'm definitely coming back. The staff was very friendly and the place is immaculate. The lady staffing chair #4 was very gentle and careful. The neck shave and hot towel and neck run at the end was very pleasant. Reasonably priced at $20 for regular with $2 discounts for seniors, kids and active duty military. Their prices are rising after 1/1/23. But they very politely announce this with a poster. Great experience. Can't wait for next haircut. read more

I visited the shop because I am new to the area and they had good reviews. I go for a classic pomp/contour cut nothing too extraordinary and went in with plenty of length to style as I like it. In the chair I pulled the length of my hair on the side and said "I like this length don't cut any." And asked for a trim around the ears and back and about 1/4 inch off the top. The barber proceeded to do whatever they wanted to and cut inches of hair off all around which will take months to grow back. I will not be returning. Two stars because the place was clean and the price wasn't as ridiculous as others in the area. read more

I don't even know where to begin as I highly recommend this local business! I was in MAJOR need of a haircut due to COVID quarantine. If you are still feeling uneasy about which barbershop to go during these COVID times, have no fear, this is the place! Super clean, masks required for customers and staff at all times. Not only do they make sure their stations are clean, but they are super clean before, during and after your haircut. Use vacuums on the ends of their clippers to limit hair going everywhere. Also at the end the cover-up that is over your body is folded up so that minimal hair falls to the floor. Not to mention they use a little vacuum to actually go over your entire head at the end in order to pick up those loose hairs! Besides the cleanliness, the staff is super nice, knowledgeable and quick. I was in and out in maybe a little over 30min. That's pretty good, especially considering the state of my hair :P All in all, this may be my new barbershop going forward even after all the COVID stuff has passed. They deserve our business and way better than any of the mainstream hair cut places around here. Next time you are in the area, give them a try! read more

Heard about the Grand Opening, Took my two boys in for a trim and was extremely happy with the service and quality. Kim and Lee are both awesome. It is nice having a quality barbershop so close to my house. I am going back next time I need a hair cut and I will definitely take the boys back next time they need a trim. read more
