My haircut with Chrissy was amazing. She was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, and the conversation made the whole experience even better. She really set the tone for a great visit. The front desk staff (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was also very welcoming. She took the time to introduce the services and even gave me a tour, which I appreciated. The only part of my visit that didn't quite match the rest was my pedicure. The technician--Arlene or Marlene, I believe--seemed to rush through the session. She had a headphone in, which I don't mind if it helps her focus, but the overall experience felt a bit quiet and less engaging. I would've appreciated more check-ins, like asking if everything felt okay or if I had any specific concerns (for example, areas like calluses that I wanted extra attention on). That said, everyone was very nice, and I still left feeling pampered. With just a little more attention to detail during the pedicure, this would've been a perfect experience.

If you come in looking bushy and raggedy, rest assured you'll leave this place looking tight and classy.

I dozed off during the session. For some reason, the barber decided to change the physical boundary/outline of my facial hair - specifically, he removed about half of the mustache portion of my beard - which I did not request. I requested simply that the hair be shortened. Not happy with how that looked. The haircut portion of the "cut" was executed properly. Paid with Apple Pay. #PremierClienteleBarbershop

However, at checkout I was informed that their payment system was down and was asked to pay $40 via Apple Pay. The price caught me by surprise, especially since there were no prices posted and the cost wasn't discussed before the haircut. While I had already received the service and paid without issue, I felt the charge was significantly higher than I expected for the haircut provided. The haircut itself was good, but in my opinion it did not justify the $40 price. Had I known the cost in advance, I likely would have chosen a different barber. Because of the lack of pricing transparency, I don't plan to return. I hope this review helps future customers ask about pricing beforehand to avoid any surprises.
