I liked it. It was different. Kind of a smorgasbord of different dishes. Their pasta is fresh, and their food is good. Some of the dishes are interesting (grape chicken?), & some lack flavor. The Alfredo sauce is flat and not robust like I have eaten before. I have eaten there several times, but don't have a strong desire to go back.... staff is super friendly & it's in general a fun place to grab a bite. The ladies at the antique store down the street recommended I go here and boy am I glad I did. Friendly staff and honestly the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever eaten in my entire life. They serve it on buttery toasted bread and the chicken and seasonings were spot on. I savored every bite. The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. Definitely coming back when I'm in the area. Highly recommend this place - even if you need to drive out of the way to get here. The desserts looked divine but I didn't have room. I know how to admit when I was wrong. We came back for lunch and had an amazing experience. I had the eggplant Parmesan and it was cooked perfectly and flavorful. We had the hummus for an appetizer and fell in love with the depth of flavor and the warm, rich crostini. I think my daughter would have happily made a meal off those alone. The atmosphere here is awesome and the staff is friendly. Seats were almost all filled out, including outside. I got a meatball sub and my girlfriend at the Smokey chipotle gouda Mac and cheese. The meatball sub was overall below average to my liking. Although I did like the bread since it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the meatball were lacking in taste and the sauce was too sour. Pretty good little spot. I've been here a couple times and have tried the chipotle gouda mac n cheese and the pasta diablo. They both had a little kick and were quite tasty. The brownies are also good and my son seemed to like the kids meals. My wife liked her meals (fried chicken and pasta diablo) both times as well. The staff is also nice and the prices aren't bad. Disappointed the last few times we have been there. Just picked up food for dinner and my salad doesn't have any chicken even thought I paid extra and has the wrong dressing. The time before some of the food came out late (just potatoes and bacon) and my husband was almost finished buy the time my food came. It's pricey, but the food is good. The waitstaff has grown in their attentiveness which is great, because you pay and tip before you're seated. It would be better if when you ordered hot tea to have a kettle at the table or if they poured it for you. Currently you get it from a high spout on a coffee thing that sputters, sometimes the water hits me no matter how slow I try to press the handle, so I've stopped getting hot tea there. read more
