I just knew with our initial conversation, that although I was going to speak to others, I was going to hire C & N Fence Company. The fence is quality material, and the cost for installation was fair. Calvin is personable and his men are well trained. I love looking out the windows to see our new vinyl fence. The fence looks great and Calvin is the best. I must note that it is a little scary choosing a contractor on the internet. I was burned with a Big Box "contractor", but took the chance one more time. I made the right decision with C & N Fence and highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this fencing company. Their communication and reliability are beyond…read moreunacceptable. We were promised someone would arrive between 2-4 PM. No one showed up. No one called. By 5:23 PM, we still had heard nothing. When we reached out, we were told the contractor's phone "must've died." That is not our problem, and it is not an acceptable excuse. This was not an isolated incident. We had reached out multiple times since the previous week and were repeatedly failed. Andrés, who was supposed to be our point of contact, promised to do a better job communicating--and then didn't. We gave this company several opportunities to make things right, and every single one was wasted. We ultimately cancelled the project and requested a full refund. We were told we might incur cancellation fees, which is absurd given that the company never delivered the service due to its own repeated failures. If a company can't handle basic communication and can't show up when promised, I have zero confidence in the quality of work that would follow. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I think maybe a competitor has planted them. I say this because we had Rusticraft put in a fence 25 years ago. They fenced in the back yard for me and a neighbor (in a twin). It still looks amazing. I have never treated it and it is as straight and perfect as the day they put it in. We are having some additional fence put in and plan to have them come again. Very poor communication, I had to call/email several times to try to get someone to look at the problem and give me a quote. They asked me to send pictures, twice, and then finally had someone come to look. He apparently isn't able to accurately determine what some of the problems were because the install team said they couldn't fix the posts according to his instructions. His incompetence cost me an additional $400 to have the two leaning posts replaced (instead of their original quote being honored due to their mistake). So to have an 8-foot wooden gate, 4 posts, a couple new rails installed, and a second gate adjusted, it was $1900. When they finished, they just left and never had me inspect the finished work.
