As it was about 90 degrees inside our house, he said he would put in the request as practically an emergency. We accepted their recommendations and within 3-4 days the new system was up & running.....and all this during a tremendous heat wave. To squeeze us in like that is worth more than 5 stars. Unbelievable professional & personal follow-up & communication. And we had no history with them.....we were totally new customers. Stupid other company with lack of professional approach lost a large sale. We are so glad to have found Cermignano. I never write reviews but these people deserve one. Our community paid this company 12 grand to install a retractable gate for our parking lot. After…read moreseveral breakdowns within the first few weeks of operation, they would send subcontractors to fix it who would often no-show for the appointments. The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. In the last week we've had a break-in to one of our cars, and a criminal on the run attempt to ditch his gun. Thanks Delta!
