Due to a bug going around she had to cancel my appointment that was exactly one week since the application. I unfortunately have maybe 6 lashes on each eye now it being 4/21. I'm super disappointed with the lasting effect of my lashes. Running a hair salon I know how important it is to please clients and meeting half way is a given. I followed up with her right away because I enjoyed her as a technician unfortunately she couldn't manage to schedule me for this week. I had tried to remove the lashes I got up in the Boston area a couple of weeks ago on my own. They…read morewere pinching me, poking me, and driving me crazy. Everything I tried didn't work. I did some scouring of yelp... then found Re-lash and I was able to make an appointment to get my lashes removed with Reana for the same day. I'm so happy I did!!! Reana made me feel comfortable heard me out, and even though my lashes hurt and looked ridiculous she wasn't overly judgmental and kept it pretty professional. She explained how the process works for removal and began gently removing the remaining lashes. Reana gently washed my eyes to reduce the stinging sensation which occurs with all glue removers. Then she wiped my eyes with these rose wipes which smelled great. Finally, she then washed my eyes again, and voila! No more tore up lashes, no mores stinging and no more poking me in the eye! You can tell Reana is passionate about lashes and knows her stuff. She took the time to show me my lashes which she removed (again, from another salon) and showed how different they were from hers.
