Fortunately, we reached out to Bee Comforting and from start to finish the process was on point. Dr Pittman arrived to our home in a timely manner and in her calm voice ensured us she would take care of our needs. She transported our Annie to be cremated as were our wishes and her remains were returned to us sooner than expected. We were presented with her ashes in a very attractive case and also provided us with her paw print. Kudos to Bee Comforting for making this sad time in our lives a little easier. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I told her I really didn't want to do it just yet, but that I would definitely be hiring them. Sarah was so comforting and understanding, and said I could call when I was ready. This has been a very difficult Christmas, because I am still grieving the loss of my parents who passed in 2023 and 2021. They gave my their little miniature Schnauzer when they moved into assisted living. His name was Beaux and he and my little Lulu (another M. S.) became very close. Lulu developed congestive heart failure and we had to say goodbye to her last June. We took her to our vet who was very kind and she went peacefully. That was a very difficult trip. When we arrived back home, Beaux looked all over for Lulu. When he went outside he looked all around the yard for her, and was confused. I kept him close by my side and we were a salve to each other's broken hearts. His health began to rapidly decline. He seemed to have lost his zest for life. He was always a goody little miscreant, curious about everything - until Lulu passed. He developed diabetes, but he responded to the insulin pretty well. His cataracts suddenly took over and he was completely blind. At 14 he simply couldn't adjust to being blind. He also became incontinent. We had to carry him outside and back inside each time. I realized that as much as the idea was repellent to me, his quality of life just wasn't there anymore, and it was time to let him go to be with my parents. He used to love to play with his toys. Fetch was his favorite game, especially with Mom. His fetch days were over. Friday night he was up all night. He was constantly needing to pee and we were up and down with him. I knew it was "time." So, Saturday morning I sent a text to Sarah. They came here that very night, to my surprise! That was such an immense relief to know that very shortly he would suffer no longer. Beaux was in bed with me sleeping when Sarah and Dr. Pittman arrived. My husband asked them if they minded just giving him that last act of kindness right where he was snuggled up with me. I am very ill, and Beaux was always at my side. Dr. Pittman didn't bat an eye at that and followed my husband back to where Beaux was with me. We all talked a bit, and I held Beaux in my arms until he quietly, peacefully slipped away. I held his little paw. Sarah and the good doctor wrapped him in blankets and carried him out. If you decide you want your dear pet to pass at home, Bee Comforting is the absolute best. It was certainly worth the extra money. Dr. Pittman has a calling, and her manner and way of handling Beaux was amazing. She is a blessing!

I've tried many vets, but PetFolk is the best I've dealt with so far. If you are looking for a…read moreplace you can actually trust where your pet is truly cared for, this is it. I took my dog to get dental work and they did a very good job and he has white teeth again. The Highlights Clean / Sterile Facility The facility is spotless and the staff is incredibly friendly. I love that they allow you to stay with your pet throughout the entire process. They even accommodated my pet's high anxiety by not using a kennel when I asked. Membership Perks Their annual membership is well worth it for the peace of mind. It covers most visits and gives you 24/7 chat support through their app. Fair Pricing Even with the high quality of care, their prices are very competitive. Things to Know Before You Go Strictly Cashless They do not accept cash at all. This can be a bit inconvenient if you prefer not to leave a paper trail for large bills, but the quality of service is worth the trade-off. Location/Construction The building is a bit hard to get to right now due to construction. They could use better signage because the building doesn't stand out much--look for the taco shop next door, as it's much easier to spot! Overall, PetFolk is the best at what they do. I highly recommend them for the care they provide!

They fit us in the same day, gave great care and provided pricing upfront and a plan B option to wait for our own vet on Monday (and meds to help her) that was more cost-effective. The SECOND visit is worth another review. One of our other dogs, who we recently learned had several serious issues (return of melanoma, growths on spleen) started bleeding internally and we had to make an immediate decision to put him down. Our regular vet had left by this time, I called at 5pm, they fit us in and even stayed late to help us through the very traumatic and unexpected evening we had. My son and I were so grateful for the extra treats they had on-hand for him, their patience and kindness and willingness to let us sit with him as long as we wanted, even after closing. For such a very tough time they provided the utmost care and support. I am forever grateful!!!
