Look no further! THIS is the place for you if you want acrylic nails, I promise :3…read more Lana is so kind, welcoming, meticulous, and talented. She really took the time cleaning up my nails and ensuring the acrylics were the same size and shape. She was thoughtful when creating the color of the flowers using her adorable paint palettes (yes, she was mixing colors! a masterful artist!), and genuinely cared about the design consistency. I didn't at all feel like she was rushing. The salon itself is super chill, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and CLEAN! Really enjoyed the experience. I found it affordable for all the work and effort she put into these nails.

Disappointed & frustrated with repeated scheduling issues at No Code Nails (Fort Collins)…read more I've given this salon multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently problematic. On more than one occasion, I've arrived on time for my scheduled appointment only to find that no one was ready to take me. During my most recent visit, the technician was 45 minutes late -- with no proactive communication or acknowledgment. I've personally watched other customers walk out visibly upset after their appointment times were not honored. Even when you do finally sit down, there's a clear rush to catch up, and the quality suffers. I've experienced nail work that felt sloppy and imprecise, especially compared to what's advertised and priced. Appointments exist for a reason. Respecting clients' time and delivering consistent quality should be the baseline. At this point, I feel it's important to speak up so others can make informed decisions -- and so the business can hopefully address these recurring issues.
