A simple eyebrow clean up that I've had plenty of in the past was completely botched. I can accept mistakes, but the fact that she mumbled something in Chinese knowing she messed up, but didn't admit to anything and proceeded to try to "cover it up" with makeup hoping I wouldn't notice until I looked in a mirror after washing my face at home later - that was the last straw. It showed a complete clear lack of respect and accountability and was ultimately just a sneaky and dirty service. After coming here 5 years, never again will I come back. Shame on you!

Me and my other friend had been so disappointed we both struggle with social anxiety so we did not say anything, we walked out disappointed. We had gotten our nails done on saturday, two of mine had fallen off when i was cooking mac and cheese and my friends had chipped and gotten the color she didnt not want. Mine and hers had smudges of polish everywhere and my lady forgot to put the nude base for the french tips you could see anything that got under the nail.
