To echo earlier reviews, this is a beautiful spot with easy access to the beach or great views from the top.

My dog really enjoys running around and playing here. Once we are done on the beach there are plenty of trails for her to walk on and wildlife to see. She especially loves the birds and the turkeys. It's easy to spend 4 hours here daily just exploring and enjoying the water. It's fairly clean and safe since the beach is a decent ways away from the road. We haven't camped here or used the restrooms. We just enjoy the water and the trails. It's a perfect place for a picnic on a warm day and an excellent area to stretch your legs on a car trip.

We arrived late after dark and it was very easy to check in with no ranger present at the gate house. In the morning we awoke to find a beautiful campsite with easy access to the beach and the Coquille River Lighthouse. We met friendly RVers right next to us and I would gladly stay here again. Generally, Bandon doesn't get as much attention as some of the other spots up the coast, but I really liked it here. The beach is quiet and peaceful and, although it doesn't have the crazy rock formations that some others do, it is definitely worth a visit. The driftwood here was nuts!

That is the only issue, otherwise the house was fantastic and I would say their description did not do it justice, and once we figured it out, we had no problems. But we were not unhappy, the house was perfect, it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would rent from them again for this specific house. If my profile says I am from someplace other than Grants Pass Oregon, it is wrong. I just don't know how to fix it. So that is an issue for Yelp.

Everything in that kitchen was beyond dated and gross!! We didn't even want to use their mix match dishes. The bedding stunk of BO which i couldn't remove even with washing them. The floor is beyond nasty! The highlight is getting a text message stating someone is coming to the gated property to put the garbage cans out? I responded to person telling them we already put them in front and I had my phone in vacation mode. OFF! The TV in the living room was a joke. 19 inches?!? I thought this was a location park. It's close to Old Town Bandon, boat charters, the beach and other scenic spots. It doesn't have the amenities such as a pool, spa or golf, but when you go into the park, it has large grassy areas, lots of flowers and cute teapots decorating the wooden fence. The park is so peaceful that it is a great place to just relax. I spoke to Linda when booking who was very nice and helpful in getting the right space. They have wonderfully long pull-thru spaces giving you room to put a truck and a trailer together. The sites are not particularly wide but plenty wide for slides on each side and room to get by. There is a picnic table at the site and full hookups. There are also big beautiful trees lining the park which added to the beauty but made satellite TV impossible plus there was no cell service at site 4. This ended up making the visit more relaxing and enjoyable cutting off the stress of the world.

I attended this forest retreat expecting a peaceful and grounding nature experience as advertised…read more Instead, I encountered a situation that felt manipulative, invasive, and lacking in transparency. At no point in the online description was nudity mentioned -- yet it became part of the experience in a way that was not clearly disclosed or consented to ahead of time. While some may be comfortable with this level of vulnerability in a private setting, I was not. The way it was introduced made me feel unprepared, pressured, and ultimately violated in my sense of safety. There were subtle and not-so-subtle ways boundaries were pushed. Emotional openness was encouraged in ways that felt more like a setup for crossing personal lines, not true healing. If you're looking for a safe, professional, and clearly guided wellness retreat -- this was not it. I'm writing this review to warn others who are vulnerable or sensitive: this experience may not be what it appears online. I left feeling shaken, exposed, and misled. I would never recommend this to someone seeking genuine healing, connection, or nature-based wellness. Please do your research, ask detailed questions, and trust your gut. A peaceful retreat should never involve unexpected nudity, blurred boundaries, or unspoken intentions. I hope this review saves at least one person from the confusion and pain I experienced.
