Unfortunately one of the parts wasn't working properly when it came in, but that was not due to anything Daniel did,but was the fault of the place the part came from. Daniel reordered the part and then repaired it again from scratch. Two weeks later, today in fact I noticed that the cover was not closing flat on my computer so I took it in to him today. Daniel patiently took it apart to find the problem .He did find a screw that was loose and he tightened the screw. I think Daniel is extremely thorough and will always take any computer problems I have to him in future.

What really sets Tech Vet apart:…read more Great attitude and willingness to go the extra mile Reasonable prices Flexible with the ongoing (and ever-changing) needs of a growing business Makes sure you're fully satisfied with the results Will make tweaks without nickel-and-diming you I had reached out to 7 different companies on Yelp to help with cable management for our growing start-up company. Out of those: - Five said the job was beneath them and refused to even give a bid. - One showed up with a bad attitude and never followed up. And then, Rodrigo from Tech Vet showed up. What a breath of fresh air! He took the time to really survey the project, asked thoughtful questions, and approached everything with a great sense of humor. He clearly knows his stuff and has the kind of work ethic you don't see often. Honestly, I hesitate to write this review because I don't want him to get too busy for us! Rodrigo figured out a clean and clever cable management system for our sit/stand desk columns--no small task considering the cables shift as desks move. Plus he tidied up the messy cable situation around our video wall, which had been bothering us for months. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and treats your business like their own--Tech Vet is it!

I usually only use Yelp to read reviews for places like restaurants and whatnot, so this is…read moreactually my first review I think ever but honestly I'm surprised this guy doesn't have more reviews! My laptop fans were completely f-ed up with dust and stuff so I was trying to request a quote from all the local places, Rodrigo quoted me for less than 100$ unlike more than half of the other places in the area trying to ask for like 200-250$ base price for only a CLEANING by the way (legit had me actually considering if I had to do it myself at the risk of causing damage to my expensive components). Not only that, but I could immediately tell that Rodrigo is super passionate about this work as well. He answered all of my questions + even gave suggestions and recommendations for computer related stuff when requested. While my laptop was getting cleaned, he let me know about all the good food places within walking distance, so I didn't have to drive away or awkwardly sit around. Rodrigo also helped to take before and after pictures, since my friends were all curious to see the difference since my fans were really just that messed up at the time. By the time it was ready to be picked up, he had given my old keyboard and screen a very nice courtesy wipe-down and also helped to make sure everything was working well. My cat gave my laptop a long sniff-test after I got back home without making a disgusted face or running away, so I guess I can say this place is even cat-approved. This also might seem like a bare minimum thing but I never once felt patronized at all while talking to Rodrigo, which has happened when I was looking for help at even big-chain places like Best Buy in the past. Overall, 10/10 experience, enough to make me finally write a review on this platform after like 9 years of using it and moving around multiple cities. If I'm ever going to try and update my laptop or finally get a custom PC built, I know that I'm going to coming right back to Tech Vet for things.
