In…read morefact, another very highly-rated plumber with hundreds of almost perfect 5 out of 5 stars deferred and said I should jump on that deal! We are the original owners and have never had a problem for 45 years. But over time no matter how careful, fats will cling and accumulate inside your pipes. A plumber using cabling will just punch a small hole in your clog, and it will just be a matter of time before your drain slows again. Hydrojetting scours out your pipe interior so everything inside the pipe walls is cleared out. So I decided to take advantage of their deal, and cannot be happier. The gentlemen from Covenant were friendly, respectfully neat, punctual, and professional. The amount of stuff that came out the pipeline was a sight to see, and they cleaned it all up before leaving. I also appreciate that they were very understanding and patient about some technical issues that my bank was having in processing my electronic payment. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with a slow or clogged drain!

I was not able to get a plumber, Active Plumbing and Rooter, until Monday, February 24. That's five days, where we didn't have a way to shower, a way to go to the bathroom, even our sink would push sewage water to overflow the toilet and sewage water would come up out of the floor drain of the shower somehow. I don't understand how that happens but it seems like it's all interconnected. We had to go to the restroom at the park down the street and sewage water got all over our floors in both restrooms. Five days is a long time to wait. On top of that, it was considered two separate claims, (stoppage and toilet leak) so we had to pay TWICE (the service fee) and our technician.Taylor told us that Select Home Warranty wouldn't cover the toilet leak so we actually had to pay for one of those jobs OUT OF POCKET! Edit: Oh wow, I just found out they lied to me too. They told me they are not open on the weekends and that's why I had to wait two extra days. I just noticed on Google maps that they are open Saturdays and Sundays)

I mixed them up with a five star company. all the pictures on their page. Clearly they have no idea what the hell they're doing post and wire heaters that are not even up to code and a bunch of rusty crappy work they probably use used parts. Nobody's even heard of them in this area, but they claimed to be local and advertise out this way I think they should probably stick to their own area and stick to getting some decent reviews but the company sucks. Of course can't get further than the owner is so of course it's gonna suck. That's why they've been around forever and have a little to no reviews and they're half assed reviews at that.
