I don't understand how that happens but it seems like it's all interconnected. We had to go to the restroom at the park down the street and sewage water got all over our floors in both restrooms. Five days is a long time to wait. On top of that, it was considered two separate claims, (stoppage and toilet leak) so we had to pay TWICE (the service fee) and our technician.Taylor told us that Select Home Warranty wouldn't cover the toilet leak so we actually had to pay for one of those jobs OUT OF POCKET! We are the original owners and have never had a problem for 45 years. But over time no matter how careful, fats will cling and accumulate inside your pipes. A plumber using cabling will just punch a small hole in your clog, and it will just be a matter of time before your drain slows again. Hydrojetting scours out your pipe interior so everything inside the pipe walls is cleared out. So I decided to take advantage of their deal, and cannot be happier.
