As my fridge quit working suddenly and I needed one immediately, I went with a delivery date of two days later between 4-8, After leaving my son's soccer game early to make sure I arrive for delivery I wait. At about 630 I receive a call informing me my time has been pushed back to 7-9. Fine. No problem. At 910 with prior commitments awaiting I call the number that had called me. After a ten minute hold I find out my delivery is now being set for a whole other day, 2 days away with a time frame of 12 hours. So I pay for a service that is no longer of any benefit to me and my choosing of the product because of its quick delivery time feame has now become a nuisance. I can honestly say the poor way this is being ran, overbooking and the inability to account for people's jobs and time, I will find another store for my major appliances in the future. I've been a long time customer with Lowe's, purchasing my washer and dryer, and a lot of my household remodel stuff from here but that will no longer be the case. While the amount of money I spend may not be significant to some companies I will ensure in the future I find one that does value my money, my time, my business andy loyalty.

I recently bought a utility trailer hitch receiver for my trailer…read more Got it home and found it wasn't going to work. Returned it to Harbor Freight 3 days later unused, exactly like I had purchased it,and had my original receipt. Employees refused to take it back unless I showed them my drivers license, I had ridden with my wife and didn't have my license on me at the moment. Spoke with the manager, same story no refund with out my drivers license, even though I had the original receipt in my hand. By this time I'm livid, asked why you need to see my license when I have the original purchase receipt in my hand. Told the manager I didn't have to show my license when I bought it...Her reply was "sorry company policy". At that time I handed her the hitch receiver, and informed her that over the past several years I had spent several hundreds if not thousands of dollars with Harbor Freight, and to enjoy the 23 dollars that I had paid for the receiver, because it would be the last penny I would ever spend in a Harbor Freight store. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star on their rating is because I don't know how to give them a negative star rating.

My favorite thing is that they carry canoes. Old Towne canoes. And they had the best canoe trailers that I have ever seen. Fishing from a canoe and exploratory paddling in these brilliant state parks is awesome. Yesterday iwas looking for a hard to find item for storing extra large jumper cbles and i mean BIG and thought BRIDGEPORT! I flound so many choices and designs and colors and i was able to purchase one that is gonna hold up for decades and BTW it is color coordinated with my jumpers! This place is a joke. The sell equipment but can't fix it when it breaks down. All they know is…read morechanging fuel filters. The store manager is rude. I bought a brand new tractor there. It was losing power they came out and changed fuel filters, didn't fixed it. Took it in they work on it still didn't fix it said it was losing power on them. They came out to my place and witnessed what it was doing and admitted it shouldn't be doing that. They took it in and worked on it again. It seemed to be fixed. Then out of the blue it started losing power again. They came and got it and said the it had something in the fuel filter. They told me they wouldn't release it until I paid the bill $250 $200 was labor. I paid them expressed my displeasure with them and asked when they were bringing it back and they said the weren't. I would stay clear of they place especially if you think they are going to work on what you buy and actually fix it because they can't. I am referring to the Gallipolis Ohio Store. If i could give it negative stars I would.
