The lady who initially helped me over the phone was great but that's where it ended. They did not follow through with what they said (they were going to email me a picture before delivery) and used different flowers than I ordered without notifying me. I asked the recipient to send me a picture & the arrangement was a lot smaller than I had discussed with the shop. When I called them to share my feedback they were argumentative & kept talking over me. Bummer. Follow up: two days after delivery & once I called they did email me a picture. See attached.
