I took my truck to them for an issue with the fuel pump, I was told i had a wireing issue, and it…read morewould be 490.00 to trace the wires, and do repair. I was also told my catalytic converters were blocked. They wrote on the receipt, I shouldnt drive, and to have it towed home. Upon picking up my truck, i drove a piece down the road, and turned off my truck, low and behold, the fuel pump wasnt working again. i called Chris who was who i originally spoke with, and told him i was upset, he told me he would have the higher ups call me. well after a few days i called again, and was told the same thing. This has been 3 weeks. They wrote me finally after a review saying i was advised not to drive it. According to them, after they looked at it, i had the same person who put a new fuel pump on, work on it again. This is a false statement, i never said the same person looked at it again, it was taken to different shop. The man at the shop told me there was no repair done to the wiring, as i was told it was corroded. The shop went under and checked the wiring, and found they couldnt have cleaned corrosion, as there would be a shadow remaining. This place told me, not if it was done right. So my next step will be to contact the BBB and let them know about whats going on since they cant return a phone call. Im sure they will again write something on this saying it was my fault. Oh, by the way the 2nd shop pulled the O2 sensors, and put a camera in the catalytic converters, and found no block. My receipt never said what diagnostics were done, this what i originally wanted, a print out to maybe try minor repairs myself. No pictures, no nothing, just what they said. I took them at their word until the same issue happened 10 minutes down the road. The vehicle the first time was towed into their shop, as the fuel pump wasnt working. Great way of doing buissness, to make me forced into writing this review, and contacting the BBB. Do your homework on this place. .

It's important to me to be able to go to a place where I won't feel like I'm being pressured into buying a bunch of stuff. If I just want to get my oil changed, I just want to get my oil changed; stop hassling me. I've never been pressured or bullied at this place. I feel like women can be especially targeted during car maintenance and that's never been the case with this staff. Mark, the auto mechanic, has my complete trust. He is fair and honest. Brought it in just before 4/4:30 pm and asked them to take a look to see how bad the damage was. They said they would look at it tomorrow since it was nearing the end of the business day. Totally understood and left my keys with them to walk home. While I was still on the phone with the insurance adjuster by the CVS next door, he called me to tell me they fixed it. I couldn't believe it. I was so worried about how I was going to be able to rent a car to get to work the next day. It turns out it was a missing nut/bolt (don't know where it could've gone). They replaced it, were super honest and didn't charge me for the lone screw. Whatever that screw would've cost them now has made me a loyal and returning customer. Thank you again, totally saved the day!!

I always…read moregot full synthetic oil and didn't have any issues until one day I decided to get an oil change before a road trip to New Mexico. Things seemed normal just as every other time I got my oil changed here. Fast forward to 1:00am the following morning as I'm passing Des Moines, Iowa. My oil light goes on and my engine starts going insane. Luckily I was able to make it off of the exit ramp and pull into a gas station that was in front of a hotel. We were now stranded in Iowa. We had to call a mechanic the following day and pay to have the car towed. Once they got our car up there and diagnosed the issue, they told us that our oil was filled TWO QUARTS MORE THAN WHAT THE CAR TAKES. The cost of taking the engine apart and attempting a repair, or replacing the engine was almost more than the car was worth. We were now out of a car and forced to purchase a new vehicle at a dealership in Iowa. On top of that, we lost out on two nights of the house we had pre paid and booked a year in advance and the cost of towing the vehicle back to dearborn and paying for a lawyer to take this case to small claims court made it completely unworthy it. That being said, a word to the wise, take your vehicle to a more professional shop. It's not worth the money you save to have your car destroyed by people that don't take their responsibility seriously.

I went here after stopping at Goodyear a few blocks away. Goodyear told me that because of the location, I would need a new tire. It's terrible how dishonest some repairs shops can be.
