However, this recent experience just shows why this business deserves such high ratings. After the car wash, I parked to clean the inside of my car and I accidentally vacuumed an earring. Jen went above and beyond to help me look for them. Unfortunately, I was not able to find them after looking through the vacuum bins. She took my information down and told me she'd give me a call back if she found them. The following day, she gave me a call back around 11AM-12 PM notifying me she had found my earring. I was super relieved, considering these were a gift from my family member and hold sentimental value to me. I picked them up later that day and was assisted by another helpful employee. I will be a regular at this car wash as I've never experienced above and beyond customer service in a very long time. I writing this review to give thanks to Jen and the H2GO team !

When I arrived at the car wash, I realized I needed to renew my monthly membership, and Sergio kindly helped me take care of it. I jokingly asked if I received anything for my birthday that had just passed, and although he wasn't sure, he said he would check. To my surprise, he came back with extra wipes, including glass wipes, and even a small towel -- something we've never received before! He wished me a happy birthday with a genuine smile and completely brightened my day. It may seem like a small gesture, but Sergio's kindness and attention to customers truly made a lasting impression. These cars don't know how to queue...like are they incompetent? Two cars in front didn't want to pull forward, so the cars behind were blocking the exit for quite some time. They're lucky no one was honking or stuck trying to pass through. Saturday night is kind of busy, but I'm surprised the employee standing here didn't say anything to those cars. Anyway, I found a decent deal closer to me that includes free vacuum and compressed air. So, thankful I never have to wait in line for a car wash, and that I'll never get stuck trying to exit since the gas station entrance is only one way. Overall, just unhappy with how some drivers don't understand being considerate and leaving space.

It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. It was my first time getting a proper detail for her. But upon closer look after I left, she still had water spots on her in some areas. :( I attached some photos. I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The biggest concern was hard water spots when I brought this car in but it was not fully resolved.

Three people were affected and our vehicles were damaged. Based on what happened and the photo I've attached, I have serious concerns about how closely the vehicles were positioned and the safety procedures being followed. This could have resulted in much more serious injuries, and I am extremely disappointed that there has been virtually no support or resolution from Quick Quack. I was told I would receive the incident footage and a report within a few days. Instead, it took well over a week to even receive a case number, with no meaningful follow-up or resolution afterward. I am still requesting the footage and need Quick Quack to properly address the vehicle damage and the circumstances surrounding this accident. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this has been handled and expect someone from Quick Quack to take this matter seriously and provide the answers and support that should have been provided from the beginning to all the parties involved. I wish I would've looked at the negative reviews sooner because I now see this is not the first time this has happened. Better training on distancing needs to be provided. If you are going here DO NOT follow the distancing request from the person at the entrance. Make sure you leave ample space in front of you for your own safety and don't blindly follow the way I did.
