I was a loyal customer for about a year and came back recently…read more The price increased from 50 dollars to 80 dollars, which I didn't mind, but I did expect the quality to match. My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. So I started looking for businesses that could get me in asap. Called this location and spoke with the wife of the couple duo team. She was so pleasant and able to get me in on the weekend. She informed me it would take approximately 6 hours to clean my car and went over any questions I had. She notified me they would call me about mid appointment to give me an exact time frame they would be done. Came in for my appointment and then 6 hours later.....guess what. My car seat looked BRAND NEW! They had cleaned beside the seat where it had dripped down (in no man land....well only a babies hand could fit to clean that) and the rest of the car was amazing! There were a few places I asked for touch ups, but otherwise they did a great job. Even when I asked for the touch ups, they did not have a problem completing those for me. I bought a Groupon and after two months of being ignored by the Detail Man, I called Groupon to get a refund. Don't waste your time. I should add that all the reviews on the Groupon are good, because the people that they never respond to (and therefore never actually use the Groupon) can't leave a review on there. You can only leave a review when you use it.
