You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, but there are definitely some things management needs to work on. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with plenty of food options and complimentary massage chairs. I really enjoyed the salt room, especially having actual salt covering the floor. The cold plunge was easily my favorite part. Perfect temperature! The locker rooms were also very clean and well maintained. Now for the things that could use some improvement. The clay room was my biggest disappointment. They removed the clay balls and replaced them with a clay floor because people were slipping. I understand the safety concern, but why not just add stepping stones? The clay balls were what made that room unique. The cold room was another letdown. Honestly, I've been inside Costco's walk-in fridge and it was colder than this. It felt more like a refrigerator that wasn't working properly. A lot of the massage chairs were either out of order or had badly ripped upholstery. The men's steam room smelled like straight swamp butt. Management really needs to address that, maybe add some eucalyptus or something because that smell was rough. The jacuzzi wasn't nearly hot enough, and the water was noticeably cloudy. It really seems like the water could use more frequent changing or better filtration. The jade room was surprisingly small, and honestly, the entire facility was smaller than I expected. One thing worth mentioning is the shower setup. The locker rooms are spotless, but the showers are completely open. You're basically showering two feet away from another naked dude. Not everyone is going to be comfortable with that level of openness. Overall, I had a relaxing time and would consider coming back. The cold plunge and salt room were great, but some of the facilities really need attention. For a place that's supposed to be about relaxation and wellness, the little details matter. With better upkeep and a few thoughtful improvements, this could easily be a much better experience.

As a result, I dealt with significant skin damage, including persistent peeling and rash‑like symptoms, for approximately eight months. I contacted the spa multiple times--by phone, email, text, and by sending photos of the damage--but received no meaningful response or follow‑up. Despite my repeated attempts, I was never contacted by the owner. Additionally, the business has changed its name three times since my visits in 2025, which I found concerning. I am still paying for unused facial services but no longer feel comfortable returning. All I have requested is a direct call from the owner to address this situation, but to date, that has not happened.
