Jesse and Sarah are wonderful hosts who make your wine tasting experience special. I also have to give a big shout out to Nicole who I first worked with when we brought out a group of 8 to Lodi in 2023. She was so easy to work with figuring out what wineries to visit during our first visit to Lodi. This time around she was our driver and it was great getting to catching up with her. From the moment they pick you up at your lodging until they drop you off, everything is handled seamlessly so you can relax and enjoy the day. They offer several tour package options to fit different preferences and budgets, and every package includes a delicious charcuterie snack that is always a highlight. They are even willing to accommodate your dietary preferences and needs. One of the packages includes lunch and we have never had a bad lunch with them. Their knowledge of the local wineries, friendly personalities, and attention to detail make each tour feel personalized and memorable. Whether you're visiting Lodi for the first time or you're a returning wine lover, Coche Vino provides a fun, stress-free, and enjoyable experience. This will have been the 5th time using them and I am so thankful that we found them. We had a fantastic time and will absolutely book with Jesse and Sarah again!

We did the three winery package and it was a lot of fun. And even better my group was the only one on the tour that day so it was like having a private party bus! I would recommend checking with your hotel beforehand to see if they have a deal going with the tour. You could probably get a even better deal ;)

DO NOT HIRE - WORST SERVICE…read more We hired this company as a shuttle to take our guests to the after party after our wedding, and then back to the hotels after the after party. Due to the number of guests the shuttle agreed to make two trips to transport everyone. It arrived on time at the end of the wedding, guests got on, it left for the bar, and then we waited. And waited. My husband finally called them after about an hour and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. We kept waiting. Finally my father went ahead to the bar where the afterparty would be, and on the way he ran into the shuttle which had broken down. He stopped to help, our DJ went over to give them a jump, and meanwhile everyone still waiting at the wedding had to scramble to find alternate transportation to the bar. By this point many people had left the after party due to the late arrival of the bride and groom, and it really ruined the mood the rest of the night. The shuttle did eventually return to bring us back to the hotel, where it only had to make one trip. After this terrible experience we emailed with the management, asking for a 50% refund as the shuttle only did half the job. They refused to refund that much and in the end we only got a $200 deposit back. I understand that things happen, but if they had only communicated honestly the situation may have been able to be fixed earlier with alternate transportation. It was really a down way to end our wedding. This company is not transparent and I warn everyone against hiring them.

The winery grounds are stunning, with plenty of seating areas to relax, enjoy wine, and take in the scenery. It truly feels like an all-in-one destination--they have a winery, café, bistro, and even a shop where you can pick up snacks and local goods. Everything is thoughtfully designed so you can spend the entire day there without needing to leave. The bakery selection was a highlight. They had an impressive variety, from full-size pies to single slices, along with cookies and brownies. The apricot items stood out during our visit, and the chocolate chip cookies and brownies were especially delicious. The persimmon cookie was unique and unforgettable. For food, a barbecue food truck was catering the pickup party. The burger they served was fantastic, and the brisket was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It came with a really good potato salad and fresh watermelon that paired perfectly with the winery's reds. Our favorite wine of the day was the Earthquake red--bold, rich, and perfect with the heavier foods. There was also live music, perfect weather, and a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and everything was clean and well maintained. The gardens were in full bloom, offering beautiful photo spots--especially the sunflowers and fountains scattered throughout the property. Overall, it's the kind of place you can spend an entire day at--starting with a morning visit and easily staying through lunch and into the late afternoon. Whether you go as a couple, with friends, or a larger group, it's a perfect weekend destination for wine, food, and relaxation. Can't wait for the next pick up! :)

The potato salad was seasoned so well that I ended up finishing the entire serving, which, almost never happens. Of course, the Michael David wines was outstanding, as always. Pair that with live music, a beautiful garden setting, and good friends, and it made for the perfect evening. The peaceful atmosphere was the cherry on top. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better way to spend the night.

We were greeted and seated promptly after arriving. The restaurant is decorated in vintage paintings and furniture, a large brick oven for pizzas and a cute outdoor patio with additional seating. I ordered the Tri Tip Green Chili Melt which was really good, others in the group ordered, wings, fish & chips, chicken caprese sandwich & the French Dip. We got the foccicia bread basket as an appetizer and it was really good, herb, olive oil, soft bread like a sponge. The chicken pot pie was excellent, full of flavor, great crust and good filling. I got the French dip, it was probably one of the best I had in a while. The au jus was the best part, thick, flavorful along with a strong creamy horseradish. Service............. Not so much. For a big place that was maybe 40% occupied, it was soooooooooooooooooo slow. One server from what I see, 2 bussers, and 5 others standing around chatting. Took a good 30 mins to get seated (there was tables available), though we got to go to their tasting room, and got a bottle of wine; another 20 mins to get the server's attention after getting seated and probably another 40 for the food to come. That was probably the most irritating.

The grounds, buildings and tasting room are beautiful, a sophisticated rustic cabin appeal with manicured landscaping and a craftsman style main building. We stood at the main tasting bar to try four wines. The Chardonnay and especially fhe old vine Zinfandel stood out as excellent to us and we ended up getting some bottles. As there weren't many folks doing a tasting on a weekday we got VIP treatment and had a deljghtful conversation, and education about the wines, from the person pouring for us. We really enjoyed our stay and the surroundings made it extra nice. Compared to the hype of Napa and Sonoma this winery and others in the Lodi area are down to earth and affordable in comparison, especially for tastings. This place very much is worth a visit. Sitting outside to sip a bottle must be delightful too.
