From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. I had my toddler with me, and they immediately noticed and offered her crayons and a coloring book to keep her entertained while we waited. It's the little things like that make such a big difference as a parent. I don't usually handle the car maintenance myself--my husband typically takes care of it--but I had to bring it in this time. As a woman who's not well-versed in mechanics, I've often felt uneasy in the past with other places that pressure you into upsells. That was not the case here. Ace was completely transparent, never pushy, and explained everything clearly without any upselling or unnecessary "extras." I really appreciated the honesty. When my daughter started having a mild tantrum, they were incredibly patient, letting me take care of her without rushing or making me feel awkward. I will definitely be returning for all my future car service needs and highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone in the area. A huge thank you to Ace and Brenna for their fantastic service, kindness, and patience!

Garry is incredibly knowledgable, extremely ethical and very professional. We've come to truly appreciate his honesty over the years. If work needs to be done on our car, he lets us know, but if work isn't needed, then he clearly lets us know that as well. On one occasion, our van needed a new transmission. Although he does not do transmission work himself, we discussed the merits of getting a new transmission versus buying a new car. Based on the soundness of our van, we ultimately decided that it was best to replace the transmission. He recommended another shop to us and he didn't even charge us for the diagnostic work that he did on the van. Garry is truly one of a kind in the business, and is the ONLY mechanic that we trust our vehicles with! I whole heartedly recommend him and his staff.

As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating going into places like this, but Mike completely breaks that stereotype. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never makes me feel rushed, and never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. He's also very understanding when it comes to financial situations, which means a lot. He's down-to-earth, friendly, and always welcoming, with the most amazing smile. He's helped me with issues like my lights not turning off, and he really took the time to figure it out instead of brushing it off. He's also helped me when my check engine light came on due to a past issue with my gas cap, again, taking the time to properly check and explain everything so I felt reassured. I also really appreciate his team. His co-workers are just as kind and supportive, and you can tell they all work together. It's a really great team environment, and it shows in the way they help customers. Every time I come in, I feel respected, heard, and taken care of. Because of Mike and his team, I feel safe and confident with my vehicle, knowing I have people I can trust if anything ever comes up. I absolutely love this location in Oshawa on King and Park.
