But the torched wagyu stole the show. That's the kind of dish you think about later and fantasize about having again. Sitting at the bar made the experience. CJ was the sushi chef working in front of us and he brought a lot of positive energy to the night. He checked in with us, shared a few samples of rolls he was working on, and clearly enjoys what he does. It added a lot to the experience. We ordered the Stevie Ray, Rainbow Roll, Don't Fear the Reaper, and the Prodigy. Every roll was excellent. The Rainbow Roll is one of my favorite classic rolls. It's always been my go to at any sushi spot as it's simple and clean, which makes it a good test of quality, and this was one of the best I've had.
