I asked for my co-pay to be refunded. They did not care that I sat there for an hour and could have cared less. All they asked was did I want to reschedule. At that point is when they called me, but I was already disgusted with the bad customer service. They never asked what was wrong or anything. I got my co-pay refunded and left. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I don't care how many articles or plaques on the walls. Customer Service is job number 1 and y'all failed!!!!

Staff misplaces your information and payment. I never received a call or email to inform me that my contact order (that I waited 3 weeks for) was ready, I had to reach out to them. They also will charge you an extra $5 fee for any order placed over the phone. Very disappointed in this unprofessional service, especially when you truly want to support local businesses.

Today, when I inquired about it at the office, I was informed that the prescriptions are considered special, which I was already aware of since I have eight pairs of glasses. I felt disrespected by the way I was spoken to, as if I were a child. I believe that as a client, I should be kept informed about the progress of receiving the prescription. The lack of professionalism in handling this matter has left me feeling unsatisfied. And I will not be spoken to as if I am giving a pacifier. I'm a grown man of 66 years.
