We called so many places and finally, these people called us back AND CAME THAT NIGHT! They were at our house within and hour and we had water in about 30 mins after they arrived. Nice, efficient, professional, responsive... we are so grateful. They said they would have gotten to us sooner but had to stop on the highway in Eastham to help a woman collect the contents of her wallet that was blowing all over the busy highway. These people are THOSE people. The ones who look out for others and want to help. They also didn't gouge us with the price which they easily could have done given the circumstances. We've had multiple experiences as Atlantic Well customers over the last 12 years and on every…read moreoccasion, Ron - and now Jon - and the crew have been top notch. Just a few examples: One time, Ron came out on a cold December 30 to get our then 15 year-old geothermal unit up and running. Another time, he walked me through how to correct an error condition - over the phone - and then refused to bill me for his time. Most recently, a power surge knocked out the pressure shutoff control on our well pump, leaving us with a cellar covered in water. I called the office at 7:00 AM and got a call back at 7:30. Their tech Jim was here by 9:30 and the repairs completed before 11:00 AM. Oh, yeah, and this was on the Saturday of Hurricane Lee! Talk about responsive customer service! Seriously, who does that these days?!? If you have a well and.or geothermal heat/AC, Atlantic Well is definitely the way to go.
