As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. I saw it on my friends phone when traveled together and Nona Paws was caring for my friends pets. My friend has now used their service multiple times and feels completely comfortable with how they handle the house visits in her absence. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

The staff is so kind and informative. They let you know if there were any concerns with your pets behavior or eating habits. They are super accommodating and allow you to bring your pets favorite toy or treats and even their bed for boarding. They keep detailed notes and ensure they understand what your pets needs are and how to care for them . They even administer meds for your pet. They have surveillance and you can watch you pet play during the day using the odoggy app. You only have access to the cameras at night if your pet is staying in a VIP room. They have treat options like hot dogs and ice cream and grooming options for your pet during their stay. My favorite time is when I pick my pup up and she is so happy to see me and the staff provides a picture and/ or report card of how her stay went. Nice size parking lot and right off the highway for pet parents.., little shop inside for last minute needs, they also have indoor and outdoor areas for the pups and a puppy pool. Prices are going up a few dollars in September but currently a small room is $53 per night.. I believe VIP is $75 per night but is a larger room with a TV and camera access for pet parents. They do have a fees for late pickups and different things so just keep in mind because that can add up quickly. All in all my pups loves this place and sleeps for two days after all the playing she does while here. This will continue to be my go to. Once I contacted them and spoke to Ms. Lisa, we realized they are located very close to my home. Ms. Lisa was very kind and we scheduled a visit for her to meet my whippet girl Luci. We instantly hit it off, Ms. Lisa is very responsive, professional, courteous and just a really nice, genuine person. She is great about communicating and confirming visits, and she is also very flexible, if you have a last minute change in your schedule she will help you out! And I have to say, on top of all this, their pricing is the most reasonable. I have to say it again - I am so happy and fortunate to have found her - she gives me peace of mind, I no longer have to worry about my fur baby not getting her walks in on my long days. My family and I have been taking our furry loved ones to Dr. Meyerer for over 30 years. Dr. M and…read morehis staff is always friendly, funny, knowledgeable and always answer any questions we have had. Over the decades we have taken 8 of our pets (7 dogs; 1 cat) for preventative care, yearly/bi-yearly shots, boarding, dental work, surgeries and/or euthanasia & cremation. When we board our pets they always greet us happy and healthy. I personally prefer to board with a vets office over regular boarding facilities because I feel just in case there is an emergency Dr. M will be there (or can be called) for any problems that may arise. As far as boarding pricing, it's a bit more expensive than others in town - $30/night for 13lbs terrier mix and if you board for 3 or more days their policy is to have your dog bathed; additional $24. They also charge for influenza vaccine if your canine hasn't had the vaccination. As far as surgery pricing it has been cheaper than other vet quotes & surgery went as planned. Same goes for dental care/cleaning. They have always treated my pets like their own. They do stay open until 5:45pm which makes it easier when/if you work until 5pm. I do wish they would add limited Saturday or weekend hours so I don't have to board my pet an extra day or two if just going out of town through Fri/Sat, you have to wait until Mom to pick up your furry friend. Nevertheless we will continue to bring our pets here.

Our four legged kids adore her and she cares for them as if they were her own. Tammie sends us daily pictures and condition reports when we're on vacation and is flexible when we have had to occasionally tweak our plans. Tony is a 10 month old black puppy so he easily gets hot when taken for long walks in middle of summer day. Tammie uses her judgment and allows him to take his time to get both jobs done and then plays with him/ gives him some love in the AC and refreshes his food and water. She also send a picture during the visit and Tony always looks happy.
