I've been going to Laser Remedy for a few years now and definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to do laser living in the Philly/Sooth Jersey area. I've been with a few tech's and Gina and Martha are great! Alecia at the front desk is also so nice and very helpful with any questions/scheduling. I've done a full package with them ($1000 for lower legs, lower arms, underarms, and full Brazilian) and my results are so good. I just started a few more treatments on my face and I have had such good results. I've never had any skin irritation, darkness, or any major issues. I do follow their care instructions pre and post to the T, and I have recommended this place countless times to friends. Pricing is unbeatable and they usually have a lot of discounted packages during holidays/ summer time. I could not recommend this place enough!

I originally went to Enigma in NE Philly & this place absolutely blows them out of the water. Their…read moreapproach from the consultation seems a little salesy, but honestly it doesn't matter bc they're doing things right. For a Brazilian, Enigma considers them separate & charges you separate for your area, your bikini lines & your bottom strip, which turns out to be over $500 for only 6 sessions - Milan charges you for all 3 together with unlimited sessions, as it should be. I did 12 consecutive sessions at Enigma for both my underarms & my entire Brazilian and the hair STILL comes back. They try to squeeze out all the money from you that they can. At Milan, a Brazilian + underarms with unlimited sessions is like $2800 (they give a discount if you've done laser before) aaaand it's split into monthly payments. The seller for me is that you get touch ups for free for life & they have 280 stores across the country in case you move or are on vacation. I'm 27 years old & haven't had kids yet so I can almost guarantee my hair will be growing back somewhere at some point & I'll never have to pay again! The experience itself was also 10x's better at Milan. They take the time to talk you through everything & even explain how the machines work. They give you a robe. They have good music playing in the room. They make you feel extremely relaxed & comfortable, rather than rushing you in & out. They're so welcoming and genuinely care about your experience. The whole team absolutely killed it from start to finish! And I think the price point compared to the competitor is a no brainer!!

I arrived a few minutes early, was acknowledged at the front desk, and was told they were looking for an available room. After that, I was completely ignored for 27 minutes. I finally had to get someone's attention myself to ask whether I should just reschedule. At that point, I was told "something was going on" and that they would need to close early. Honestly, a quick phone call or text canceling my appointment would have been far more respectful than having me drive there, sit waiting with no communication, and then drive back home without being seen. Very disappointing customer service experience.

The front desk staff can be a little cold and robotic at times, but they're always professional. I particularly appreciate that all the PAs take the time to introduce themselves. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the repeated appointment…read morecancellations and scheduling issues I continue to experience. Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing.
