However, the customer service at this store and their store policies are horrific. Chris forgot to load one of my pallets when they shipped and refused to bring it on his truck. I had to borrow a pick up from a neighbor and hand move all the heavy pavers by hand. And I paid for shipping. But he simply wouldn't budge and told me to "do him a favor". Favor? I PAID for shipping! Chris also told me that although they charged a deposit for their pallets they'd come pick them up after install. However after install when I called for them to come pick them up he said they changed their policy and no longer pick up pallets. How very convenient for them. When I asked if there was anything he could do he said "i'm just an employee". Huh? But you're the employee who made the promise! So I had to pay $150 to toss the pallets plus I'm out $300+ on the pallet deposits. Suddenly their prices weren't so reasonable. This store has no concept of customer service and does nothing to help when things go wrong. As long as you're ok with that, shopping here shouldn't be an issue.

They don't prep the area they are working in meaning sealing off area so not to Cassie undo mess in other areas. 2. They ripped up our old floors took my broom and dust pan without asking to sweep debris because they did not come with one. 3. The work order included patching which they didn't come prepared for and made excuses. 4. When they did the patching, they mixed the cement on the floor without cleaning the debris. So it was a lumpy mess and had to call management to come fix. 5. I watched them take bring floors and no padding, they took up the old padding and put it to the side. Since it was moldy I put it in a bag not wanting it in the air in my apartment. I learned they planned to reuse it when they attempted to lay floors in an other area of my apartment. I stopped them they told me that didn't have the supplies. I called and they got the padding while they complained in Spanish about how difficult I was and called me names. 6. I believe out of spite they did a poor job.

Bathroom renovation 2024. My very dated 1990 style master…read morebath was in dire need of updating. On my way west on Montauk Highway I happened upon a tall flag on the south side of the road that said REMODEL. I pulled in and parked and walked into a beautiful showroom with so many types of beautiful tiles, fixtures and come to find out people ! I was met by Josceline ,one of the interior design specialists. What a joy she is to work with !! Dennis the owner/manager spoke with me and said his crew could be at my house the week after Thanksgiving .. TOO SOON for me !!!! ( I think i visited on or about Nov 1,2023 ) He gave me an alternate date of Jan 8,2024 and off we went ! The Crew, Jeffery, Axel, Fred, Wilmer and perhaps another person show up bright and early on Jan 8 ready to demo my bathroom on a slab.. The tiles on the slab took longer than usual to come off and made a mess a dusty mess.. ( word to the wize , even though the crew puts plastic up to keep the dust at bay, next time I would tape every closet, cabinet and cover every plant , just a suggestion for the homeowner ! ) Out with the old and in with the new ! I chose to heat the floor so no one would step out of the beautiful shower onto a cold floor ! I LOVE IT !! And talk about my shower OMG !! They took out a tub and made the area a little wider than the tub and it's tiled with beautiful white subway tiles to the ceiling ! I have a beautiful niche to hold the necessities and the tile I chose for there is also on the non slip floor of the shower.. Since we are old... lol we chose to put two grab bars in the enclosure just for safety sake, I recommend doing that even if you are 21 years old.. We replaced our big box store vanity with a beautiful well made vanity and the quartz counter and sink are fabulous !! The walls are now real wood wainscotting half way up, instead of the wanna be paneling. The crew could not have been more respectful, careful,polite, cheerful or trustworthy if they had wanted to. I was fine leaving them in my home with no supervision. It was a pleasure to have them in my home actually ! I cannot help but recommend this fine company and the people that make it grand. Take a ride to the Showroom, you will love what you see. Tell them I sent you ( that and 1.50 will get you a cuppa joe )
