Let's start with the positive. They had the items I needed in stock. The prices were reasonable for these items (at least compared to others in the area). However, the customer service at this store and their store policies are horrific. Chris forgot to load one of my pallets when they shipped and refused to bring it on his truck. I had to borrow a pick up from a neighbor and hand move all the heavy pavers by hand. And I paid for shipping. But he simply wouldn't budge and told me to "do him a favor". Favor? I PAID for shipping! Chris also told me that although they charged a deposit for their pallets they'd come pick them up after install. However after install when I called for them to come pick them up he said they changed their policy and no longer pick up pallets. How very convenient for them. When I asked if there was anything he could do he said "i'm just an employee". Huh? But you're the employee who made the promise! So I had to pay $150 to toss the pallets plus I'm out $300+ on the pallet deposits. Suddenly their prices weren't so reasonable. This store has no concept of customer service and does nothing to help when things go wrong. As long as you're ok with that, shopping here shouldn't be an issue. read more

The prices are reasonable but the service sucks. The delivery driver fucked up the drop off and basically left 15 yards of gravel in 3 enormous piles after botching the maneuver where you dump evenly as you pull the truck forward. Four of us (2 of them elderly), just spent hours spreading thousands of pounds of gravel down a 500 foot driveway. Do yourself a favor and don't use these guys. read more

Chris is extremely rude and unprofessional. After using them for a large purchase last year I returned to the store to make an additional purchase. He refused to look up my prior order in their system. I showed him photos of the materials, he pretended he had never seen the pavers he personally sold me a year prior. Instead go to State Material Mason Supply on Kroemer Avenue or Southampton Masonry (if you need Cambridge pavers). read more

Worst customer service ever! Walked in there said good morning and the guy did not respond. I ignored it figured he was having a bad day. Then asked him if he had a type of stone i was looking for and he quickly said no. Didnt look at me in the face just said no. I asked him if they had something similar and he said no. If you do not want to work call out or just work at a different place where you don't have to speak to customer because obviously this man had no customer service skills at all! One of the best customer service experiences I had. The young man Marko was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for stone panels for a DIY project around my homes outside entry door. I wasn't satified with the big box stores products , cheap looking and not much selection. I found this place by accident and I am glad I did! Big selection , great material and one stop shopping I got everything I needed to complete the project . Also, Marko let me take home a sample panel home, I needed a visual to help me decide on color, etc. He only asked I bring it back . He exhibited a genuine interest in our being happy and making an informed decision. He knows his stuff and he's got a terrific sense of humor too. His crew is equally as accommodating. Every aspect of service I have received from here has been phenomenal. I ordered 30 yards of pea pebbles for my driveway. In addition to giving me an excellent price, John C helped me find someone to spread them on my 440' driveway -he was fantastic, also! Then he went the extra mile to find an electrician for my driveway lights. This is the kind of service that will sustain my loyalty. It's as good as it gets. read more
