The plastic cover that goes over windshield wiper glass. It's been lifting for half of it Because wasn't seal properly that happened right after a few months, the being installed despite the so - called " lifetime warranty" that was promise. When I tried to contact the owner to get it fixed, he was completed and professional and refused to honor the warranty.. His customer service is terrible.. And it's clear he doesn't stand by his work.. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.. save your money and go somewhere else!.

After calling in advance to verify that date my window was never replaced and I never heard from Ben again. With this pandemic everyone is hurting in one form or another and I decided to write this review to save the next person from wasting their money. They're great before they get your money but their true colors come out after they receive your money and you have a problem with their work.

I was out of town and a neighbor called to let me know. I called LSG and they immediately sent someone out to make the repair - a neighbor allowed entry. The most recent need was a broken pane in a large steel-framed door caused by a rock from a leaf blower. They were prompt, polite, communicated incredibly well and explained the entire process. I am so pleased with them that I am happy to recommend them in this first review I have ever written! PS...I always set my alarm now.

Went to their shop, and they were so knowledgeable and informative enabling us to make the best decision for our shower door. They installed timely, communicated well, and did an impeccable job. We purchased the Shower Guard warranty (which is a different company from Buffalo Glass, but warranty is offered through Buffalo Glass) and within a month we realized one of the shower glass panels was spotting in one area even though we had it treated to prevent water spots. We called Buffalo Glass to let them know, and they came out immediately and confirmed that there were water spots that should have been prevented by the Shower Guard. So they contacted Shower Guard on our behalf and the warranty allowed us to replace the shower door that evidently had an untreated spot. This is the most trustworthy and dependable company I worked with on our bathroom remodel. Thanks Buffalo guys!!
