They came out, took measurements, and gave me a fair estimate. They called me when the glass arrived at their shop and were able to do the install that day. Two technicians came out and did the removal of the broken pane and install of the new pane in a couple of hours and they left the area spotless. All in all a great experience.

I wasn't thrilled with their service. We needed a 4" diameter hole cut into a pane of glass in our…read moresun room so we could run some duct pipe through it. They told us they could do this and had someone (the owner, I think) come out to take a look. I was told they couldn't cut the hole in the glass itself but they could replace one of my top panels with a new panel that would be half glass and half board with the hole cut in the board. Fine. I paid a 50% deposit and waited for the glass order to come in. When they came to install a few weeks later, they brought a panel that was just board, no glass. They broke the glass in the original sun room panel to get it out and put in this board panel with the 4" hole in it. When I asked what happened to the glass, they didn't know what I was talking about. I called the office and asked what happened to the glass, we were specifically told half glass half board with mullion in the middle, and I had the documentation to prove it, and I was told that "the owner decided at the last minute to change it, I don't know why". They at least refunded me the other 50% of the cost, since they basically just put a piece of board in the wall, but it looks like absolute sh*t and I probably overpaid given that it's just board. I wouldn't be upset if they told me this was all they could do from the start, or if they'd at least contacted me to tell me about the changed plans, but they just decided to do whatever they wanted without any communication. Very unprofessional and of course will not use again.
