They are replacing the product in question as well as including a couple promo items and even a shirt. I very much appreciate the kindness and polite demeanor of the individuals I have spoken with this morning and will continue using them for my delivery needs. After receiving an order that appeared to be tampered with I did not think the product looked to be the full amount. After weighing, it was indeed short. I contacted customer support via the phone number on their website and was told to wait for a call back. After waiting several hours with no call back I again contacted customer support and was told to "wait until a manger is in tomorrow", as one could not be reached. I additionally sent an email to customer support and have received no response. This has been beyond frustrating and the company had made no effort on their part to correct this inconvenience.

After years of exclusively purchasing products from them, in the last year or so, I've noticed a decline in their stock, quality and freshness. I've received multiple gummy packs that were clearly stale. Same with flower packs that were so dry they had become brittle. To boot, they have slowly lowered their stock levels to nearly nothing in the gummy category. When I called to find out what was going on I was told to try again next week. This has been going on for much longer than that so, once again, disappointing and hard to trust. If you're in the area and need a quick remedy they may have something for you but there's no promise that it will be good. Most likely old and stale. I have now switched over to using Weed Maps and am happy purchasing from other dispensaries, moving forward.

Billed for using a debit card??…read more First, my bank statement shows $2 ATM usage fee, from Long Beach, altho I was in Porterville. Then, another charge for item purchased, but it shows as an ATM cash withdrawal, again in Long Beach. I was about to call my bank to get the card stopped! Fortunately I looked up the address on the charge and it was Haven. I don't know why they use another store's address, or post it as a cash withdrawal..very confusing and concerning. It also ticks me off for $2 fee for using a debit card. What's the reason for the card fee? Seriously, this is not a little mom&pop business. They have a highly technical system. To me it feels like they are doing something hinky, and they make you think you're getting freebies but you're paying for it with those fees. The store is fine and the employees are nice, but Haven needs to be honest about those fees. And they should at least tell people in advance there's a card fee. Yes it's only $2 but the idea behind it is not nice.

The music was excessive in foul language (we're talkin' F word here - in abundance) and loud. Staff members present seemed more interested in singing along with the music, talking to each other, and just messing around. If you are over 40 (or whatever the magic age is), you will probably be either ignored or uncomfortable. Seriously. I went in with plenty of spending power and walked out with zero product. Very disappointing after prior experiences here. It was formerly, "Have a Heart." Now it's just 'cheap thrills' with none of the class and zero helpfulness.

I've been to this dispensary a couple of times now…read more I'm kind of surprised that I'm the first one to review it on Yelp, since it already has hundreds of reviews on Google, and appears to have been open for a while. The signage for the dispensary is not great, so it's kind of hard to find. Even though I use a navigator, I've missed it on the first try every time so far. But at least the parking lot is huge, and I've never had an issue parking close up. Staff/security are not visible from the parking lot, but remain in the foyer. The foyer has glass windows so that you can see into the shop before you go in. The selection is okay but not great, and the prices are okay but not great. I would definitely not come here to stock up on a big order, but, in a pinch, I could find something that works. The checkout process here is kind of horrible. For some reason, the staff member who helps you on the floor has to "order" your items on their tablet, and then someone else goes to find them and also has to do their own inventory process, and it just ends up taking a very long time. It's funny because this dispensary is set up like some of the super efficient dispensaries I've been to in SF, but in practice, at least in my experience, they just aren't very efficient. I think the word "friendly" would be a stretch, but the staff are usually helpful. Personally, I get a little bit annoyed by them repeatedly insisting that the prices are low and that the deals are great, because they really aren't. Everything I've bought here has been fresh and has worked as expected. Nothing has been defective so far. Overall an okay dispensary with average prices on average brands.
