The only response I got was from the rep who virtually said, she spoke to her support team who said yes...theyve seen this happen and there is nothing they can do and by the way....it's now discontinued so 'sorry'. THAT was it. Nothing further on perhaps arriving at a more friendly solution. Nothing from their headquarters. Nothing from customer service. So maybe next time I want to do another home re-haul...I will take my six figure spending dollars to ARHAUS.
