I've since called multiple times, sent a message through Woodbury Farm Market's web site, but the proprietor refuses to contact me about a refund for the planter. No contact, whatsoever. I think she's happy to pocket the $45 + tax and consider me a write-off. Terribly poor business conduct. I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau about this.
