He does not answer his calls or texts for months and so I am forced to get another roofer to do the roof again. The new contractor told me price of new membrane in the area that was improperly done by Trent Roofing. So I realized that i paid almost Two Times what it should cost to Trent Roofing. Trent Roofing charged me about two times standard rate for new membrane for that area. Satnam Virk of Trent Roofing charged me too much and I paid. So this company scammed me with twice the charge and their work is poor and not adequate. I have to re-do the torch membrane that Vitk put in because it's leaking and defective. my recommendation is to Stay away from this company. He lied to me and said he will come back after another urgent job but as soon as he got my money he took off and did not complete the work properly. He does not have trained crew and works mostly himself with labourers.

Mountain West Roofing was the only company to respond to our plea for help on the same day when the…read moreroof started leaking to the point where we couldn't fix it. Two guys went up on the roof, patched and tarped it. We paid a few hundred dollars for that fix until we could get the whole roof redone. With it being rainy and unpredictable weather in this area, it took a few months to get it scheduled. But I like that upon sending their quote, we also got the insurance information and all the relevant things you'd want without having to ask. We were ready to go at any time, so we got the go on the Monday before Easter weekend, the next day at 7:30 a.m., a crew was already delivering stuff to our house and on the roof. It rained the next day, but the crew came back for Thursday. We had a long weekend, then they were back on Monday. They finished most of the work by late Tuesday (like 7 pm), left things neatly, then came back to collect everything on Wednesday morning. Marco was great at making sure there were no loose nails about the property, and even yelled at a younger guy to pick up a nail he'd just kicked. I haven't gone all the way with 5 stars since I'm not at the gushing level, but the guys were all very professional and respectful of our property which I appreciated. I've had guys peeing in my raspberry bushes and leaving stuff strewn everywhere at a previous home and there was absolutely none of that here. We didn't really interact a lot with the crew which was actually okay since it meant they didn't need us for anything except a power outlet. Our neighbours also remarked that they liked the music the crew was playing.
