The men were very courteous when arriving at our residence. Knocking at the house prior to starting work to let us know they were there. They were extremely knowledgeable, and notified us when they found any extra deficiencies pertaining to our roof. Informing us prior to any extra work or what the extra cost would be. They gave fair value for their services. The only issue I had was not with the workers, but the truck delivering the supplies as the driver they contracted didn't know what he was doing and drove on our lawn, very minor skid mark though. However I was very surprised as to how professional the Holland Roofing Services were, as I didn't even have to mention it to them, and they came and levelled the lawn and reseeded the very next day. When there work was completed on our home they left the place immaculate.They arrived with vacuums and any extra or additional debris was cleared up flawlessly. We got Satpal to do our roof. He and his team did a great job. We had a standing seam metal roof…read more12" roof installed. The roof costed $25k. It was money well spent. The roof should last us for 50+ years. We won't have to worry about the roof for a long time. Satpal made sure everything was done right and was done properly. Unfortunately when he was removing the old roof, we found out the old roof (who was done by another roofer in the past) was mopped to the deck. It was sad because that costed us a few extra $$$$ to remove the old roof completely. We needed to sand the deck and install new boards on top to insure the integrity of the new roof. Satpal communicated all issues to us very well. He was honest to tell us that our roof had built in drains already and we didn't need to spend extra to get a new drain put in because it was not needed. Before going to SPS Roofing, we did get a few quotes from other roofers. We found SPS contract straight to the point and was able to start very soon. Also, we chose SPS because Satpal responded quickly by email or phone. SPS charges market. I highly recommend using SPS.

Fast forward to this January when the downspout on my 3 story west facing wall was blown off in a major windstorm and I found it lying in my garden. I'm a widow in my 70s & even if I had a long enough ladder I couldn't fix it myself so I called them expecting a significant service & call out charge. Between COVID & the staffing problems all contractors are having today took it them a while, but two weeks ago they showed up put it back in place and added extra brackets to make sure it didn't come down again - same excellent work as the first time and no charge !
