We couldn't be happier with our backyard transformation, thanks to Ron and Thomas Pools!…read more From the very first meeting, Ron impressed us with his deep knowledge, warm demeanor, and genuine excitement for our project. He listened closely to our ideas, offered expert suggestions, and treated our backyard like it was his own. Ron is incredibly detailed--he anticipated issues before they arose, communicated clearly throughout every phase, and made sure we were informed and confident at every step. The final result blew us away. Our backyard is now a beautiful oasis, complete with thoughtful design touches and top-tier craftsmanship. Friends and neighbors have already commented on how stunning it looks--and we owe it all to Ron and the fantastic crew at Thomas Pools. What really sets Ron apart, though, is his kindness. He treated us with the respect and care of a close friend. He always made time for us, responded promptly to any questions or concerns, and genuinely wanted us to love the outcome. We can't recommend Thomas Pools--and especially Ron--highly enough. If you're dreaming of a backyard remodel, you'll want Ron on your team. Honestly, he's not just our pool guy anymore... Ron has become part of our family. Thank you, Ron and Thomas Pools.

After searching high and low for someone who services above-ground hot tubs, I finally found High Flow Hot Tub and decided to give them a chance. Tony responded right away and was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment quickly. I was worried the repair was going to be expensive, but Tony worked his magic and got it heating again without needing any new or costly parts. The diagnostic and repair fee was very reasonable. I then scheduled a full deep clean to get it ready to use. Once again he showed up on time and finished the job spectacularly and quickly. I 100% recommend High Flow Hot Tub for all your hot tub needs. Their weekly maintenance package is also a fantastic deal.

I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros. I recommend them and I will schedule them again to care of my Jacuzzi!

In fact, the repairs he performed did not appear to even be necessary. When I contacted him to let him know the hot tub was still leaking, he offered to return and locate the leak; but wanted to charge me an additional $289/hour to do so. Considering that fixing the leak was the reason I hired him in the first place, I found that price ridiculous. I gave Sam an opportunity to make the situation right; he declined. His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me. They also seemed genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than simply running up the bill. I rarely post reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one. Based on my experience, I would not use Sam's services again. Consumer beware.

Project manager Josef was excellent in bringing in his partners (designers, foreman, etc.) to ensure from the design to finish we were collaborating and satisfied with the end result. For the garage, we had it drywalled (no insulation), installation of a attic ladder (bought from Home Depot) to make use of a pre-built storage area, updated garage door and exterior lighting. Front yard included adding extra pavement to be able to park two cars on the driveway (we have the pre WW II one car driveway) but looks like a part of the front yard design, installation of artificial grass (YAY), redo of the front porch to include redoing the porch ceiling with a bare wood look, and installation of a pathway to the front steps. We had 3 home improvement projects in the last couple of years (including this project) and WTG Builders was the best in terms of responsiveness, communication, and setting expectations. Perhaps I'm more wiser too about projects but I appreciated Project Manager Josef's communication and updates and the various trade teams were fantastic. I also took into consideration their work in the local Long Beach/Lakewood area which I think is important. I would use them again and recommend them for similar projects!
