DO NOT COME HERE FOR BAYALAGE…read more They have no idea what they are doing. They don't listen and you'll end up spending way more money to fix it. The color is horrendous. There are clear color blocked areas. Parts of my hair look like a cheetahs print because the color is splotchy. Just terrible. Then when I followed up even though there's clear picture proof, they just kept making excuses. It shouldn't take an entire day of talking to not get a resolution of a botch job. They said "I left happy". I left because I was already half late to an important dinner because the stylist was running so late. Also, you can see more of the details and underneath when you get home. It also took forever to get someone on the phone for an appointment. Poor stylists, poor management.

Then they put more bleach on it to try to fix the color that got into the light hair. Then they frosted & colored it all over again to no avail. And then the next day I went back again for them to fix the choppy color. My original Pic in b/w shirt. Anna was new. I think she should have been honest and said that she didn't think she could get me the look again that I was looking for. Madeline was the one who took over after the second try and tried to fix it but that's also how I ended up with the choppy color at the back. This took approximately 4 to 5 hours of my time over 2 days and I am not very happy right now. Yeah my hair is colored but it's not the way I wanted it and now I'm told it's extremely damaged from all of their attempts of trying to fix it.THEN.... Madeline had to cut my hair to remove the damage. I didn't want s haircut!! And then Madeline who is the owner's daughter kept saying things to make me feel bad like it's my choice of color that blood. Well the stylist should have shared with me. Then it's my fault because on the 3rd attempt Madeline was late taking her daughter to Girl Scouts trying to fix my hair. I'm sorry. Then she tells me when I have to come back the next day that she's coming in early to take care of me. Again. So sorry. Then after she finishes up the hair she said that they lost money on me. Again so sorry. But it's not my fault. This place just left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Two other people were there and saw the final job and said it looks great (neither were there at the end...no one saw it but Carrie and myself). I don't think this salon is the right fit for you, this is the first time we have such a complaint." I told her I can send her pictures, she said okay. Waiting to hear back...I wanted to post pictures but not sure how to do it. I did on my FB page for friends as we discussed this and the main comment was, "They should pay you double for what it'll cost to not only fix this but the damage your hair will probably incur in the process." Thanks for not only doing a terrible job but making it sound like I'm the problem. After I sent her the pictures, the owner called me several hours later and said the pictures were "unclear" and that she's not refunding me the money and if I want to take it further I can (?). I told her that's fine, I didn't authorize to be charged without the promise of a redo and had I known I wouldn't get a refund if they couldn't fulfill their promise, I wouldn't have paid. She told me okay, to come by the salon right then so she can "run fingers through the hair" and I said sure! She hung up the phone on me. My husband called her back and nicely said the same thing: that he's sitting right next to me and it does look terrible at the top and that we can come as she recommended. To which she replied, "let me ask you, are you a color expert? no? then your opinion doesn't matter to me. Do not come here, I don't want to see you near here. If you file a dispute I'll take you to small claims court." We were shocked that it got so out of control. To further the insanity, half an hour later we get a call from our local police! The owner showed up there to have them call us to not show up! We asked the police what is going on and explained the situation - that we never threatened them nor said anything to even make it sound like we were going to be there. The police officer just said that we didn't do anything wrong and that he just had to call because they came there but there's nothing to be done. Yes, me at 9 months pregnant and my husband on our way with our toddler to visit my parents' house were going to do something to the salon? This was THE most crazy situation we've ever dealt with...

I highly recommend Fusion Hair Salon…read more Prior to going to Fusion, I was going to a discount hair salon, where the results were uneven at best. Even if I found a stylist there I liked and asked for her every time I went, they would never remember how they cut my hair from time to time. I was walking by Fusion one day and decided to give it a try. I have been going there ever since. The haircuts are very good, they remember exactly how they cut my hair from time to time, ask how I like the haircut and if there is anything they can change about it. While decidedly more expensive than the discount hair salons, the results are definitely worth the price.
