Maria Garcia is such a lovely addition to their team and she did an incredible job on my hair. It had been over three years since I stepped into a salon, and my ends were dried, split, and the color was very dull. Patiently listening to my hair hopes, Maria combined experience with expertise and came up with a plan that left my hair soft, manageable, and looking vibrantly healthy! I could not be happier with my cut and color, and the scalp massage I received during my shampoo would have been worth every penny alone. I encourage anyone looking for an exceptional salon experience to look no further!

This salon kept coming up on my Instagram. I decided to take a chance on this salon. My whole experience with Alia Rose was amazing from booking to check out. It's always scary to try a new salon for color. When I saw some of their work online, I decided to give them a try. When I called to make my appointment the person who answered the phone was friendly and took her time. I asked questions about their payment methods. Stylist is able to take cash/venmo/zelle/ or even a check for tip. Nice that they offer all of these options. The salon is located on a busy street with street parking. There is a pedestrian cross walk right in front of the salon. I was greeted promptly and the interior of the salon was beautiful. I was scheduled with Emilee for my full highlight and touch up. She listened to my thoughts and took the time to explain pricing up front. I appreciated that she told me what to expect right away as the salon sticker shock is never pleasant. What I also noticed is that everyone who worked here seemed genuinely happy and that they enjoyed their work. Staff helped each other out and complimented their co-workers color and styles. My color turned out great and I am happy with the results. I already pre-booked my next appointment. Thankful for a salon closer to home with great customer service. From reception to service this salon really cares about their clients and it shows.

So, recently I opted to do an at home color myself and was incredibly unhappy with it so I called on Alia Rose to the rescue! I have heard of this salon over the years as I have a couple friends that go here. This is probably one of the prettiest and most well appointed salons I have ever been to. The staff, and I mean the entire staff from the front desk to the colorist and the shampoo girl, were beyond sweet. I had a great experience with Kailey, my colorist. She heard my plight and did an epic job at fixing my mess. I was in the chair for about three hours. A great experience here - I'm very happy with my hair color and I feel like I made a friend. FYI, this place seems to also be popular with young men as much of the clientele on the afternoon I was there were teenage boys and young men. They all seemed happy when the left. This place must be trending in locker room talk lol!

I cannot tell you how many compliments I get about my hair. And the haircut is always perfect. Even six weeks later when it's too long for my tastes, it is still holding its style well. Plus she is totally cool, as are the other hairdressers here at Salon Ruelle. It's laid back, eclectic, and friendly. It's a refreshing change from many other salons that are too uppity and not my style. I highly recommend this salon.
