The pavers started to crack and separate in January 2022. They were only installed for 3.5 months. Elan had his guys come back and instead of repairing, they decided to take the pavers apart and reinstall the entire patio. Upside: Eran sent his people out here to replace. However, I question if sound of the proper base was laid after watching some other companies because of how this patio has separated again. Another company I spoke with asked me how thick the base foundation was and what kind of gravel was used. I couldn't answer but I am curious what the source of these cracks are. Fast forward to September 1 2022; I notice that the pavers have already started to separate again. This time they did last 2x longer than they last time at least. But i Was hoping for a decade. My research showed that pavers can last decades, and are less prone to cracking than concrete. But I'm pretty disappointed with how these pavers have not lasted 1 year. Neverless when the crew came in Feb, the sanding materials that were used killed the adjacent grass that was only 3 months old. But i had decided a small price to pay for a permanent fix to the patio. I'll call Eran next week to see they will do about this. On my last landscaping project, the crew noticed what seemed to be an addition of cement or concrete to the pavers, making it impossible to install edging around an area. If concrete was added, to the pavers--maybe to make them last--this won't be a simple disassembly job, since they were only supposed to use sand On top of the final pavers to complete. We worked with Eran and Mike on a bathroom remodel in 2018 that turned out beautifully. When we decided to do our kitchen they were our first choice. They followed our design with cabinets, countertops, and shelves perfectly, and everything was done by the book. Their countertop crew in particular did an amazing job with our chosen quartzite with full backsplashes. We have a daughter on the way, so it was important to get the job done on time. Eran and his team did an amazing job on my driveway. I interviewed quite a few other companies - looking at both cement and paver options. I had thought cement was the cheaper way to go, but living on a hillside, no one could guarantee it wouldn't crack within a day of pouring. With pavers, if the earth shifts a little, they do too. And for the amount it was going to cost for cement, it seemed like pouring money down the hillside. I was very impressed with Eran. First impressions mean a lot, and for our first meeting Eran was running late (it is LA, and it happens to all of us). BUT, unlike many contractors (who either don't show or text 20 minutes after the meeting is supposed to start that they are running an hour late), he let me know ahead of time so I could adjust my schedule. I knew this was a good sign. He was dependable and a good communicator. Once I decided to go with Eran, I was unsure of what color pavers select so dropped off a bunch of samples at my home. When I still was unsure, he called the supplier and they met with me in the paver yard and showed me my options. They knew I was coming and helped me immediately. Eran's team always straightened up before leaving and were pleasant to be around. There was one mistake - a wire that went to the sprinkler was cut, and while it took a few weeks to get fixed they did a great repair job running it under the driveway so it is invisible. The job was completed on schedule and I love the look Eran is knowledgeable, fair-priced, always did what he said, and he and his team created a beautiful driveway. Thank you! read more

I don't know where to begin. We are sooo, pleased with this COMPANY. We had a small pin hole pipe burst, in our downstairs bathroom. Which resulted to five areas of our home, being damaged. Our, Bathroom downstairs walls, Dining Area flooring an walls, an our Pantry flooring an walls, our Foyer walls, an lastly our Garage Wall adjacent to the downstairs bath. Well, we needed to have those areas replaced, an repaired. I went to Home Depot PRO DEPT, in Gardena, Calif an showed the young lady there my Photos of my damaged areas. An right away, she stated they have Contractors they use. She set me up a profile explaining what I needed, an said it would be sent out to four Contractor Companies. An that they would get back to me within 24-48 hrs. Well, I was contacted by three of those companies, yet the time frames by two were not available, in a timely manner to fit our schedule. Then I received a call, from Eran, He introduced himself, the company name, said he received my request. An from that point on he went on to ask if April 10, 2023 would be ok? I replied yes, Eran arrived on time he was very punctual an PROFESSIONAL, from the time he arrived very thorough in detailed of how the repairs would go. He gave us a 5-7 day window. His crew arrived the next day on April 11, 2023 again VERY prompt, professional an ready to work. We reached out to Design Builders Grp. for some landscaping work we wanted done. Aaron came for to give us a quote and helped us from start to finish. They gave us a price that beat any other company around! We were given plenty of options to chose from as far as materials. We had pavers and turf placed. After coming back to our home we had been renting for 5 years, we found many items that needed repair/replacing. After contacting Design Builders Group, Eran responded immediately and was at the house within two days to give an estimate. We had new flooring put down throughout the whole house, a French door removed and replaced with a regular backdoor( including some framing and outside stucco work), new baseboards throughout the house and the interior repainted. They were very nice, but my wife thought they were a little pushy. Their price was 2k higher than the lowest one that was given to us. They did come down, but not enough. The company did call and said to give them a second chance, but no one showed up. I emailed and said I was disappointed that no one showed up. If I could give this company a negative star it would be deserved. We found this company from a flyer mailed to our house in Orange County. We met with Eran and his partner to review our project. We explained everything we wanted for the bathroom remodel and received a competitive quote. After we signed the quote the entire bathroom remodel it was a failure. The demo group arrived and never completed the entire demo. We met with Eran often to explain our requests and it was never translated to the sub-contractors. Every day I came home I had to stop the project because it was not what we requested. One night I came home to find a beer bottle cap in our shower. Each time I contacted Eran and he stated he would "take care of it". We were left with a bathroom not up to code for the plumbing, electrical, and framing. We terminated the contract due to the horrible work done by the contractors. We were still liable for nearly half the cost of the original contract since they would not leave our property for less. We are in the process of removing all the work done by this company. Please do not use this company, you will be sorry. read more
