My shower was leaking at the shower head and needed a simple washer for bathroom sink. He took about an hour for what he did. Then he lied to me about he said he was done and told me the water would stop leaking in about an hour. He presented me a bill for $690.00 and I was aghast, I at no time was paid it with my Visa card was there an estimate of cost. Which I would have found an alternative plumber. He just started on the job. I should have my pants down as if I was getting screwing by Garden City Plumbing. One star for service requested. One star for quality. Minus 5 stars for value.

Don, who did the job, was amazing to behold at hard work: Not only did he pour himself into getting the job (plus another side job I had) done much faster than budgeted for just the main job, he was a total perfectionist throughout. In the process, he discovered two slight leaks elsewhere in the old hard pipe gas lines, so he disassembled everything, swapped out the bad parts, and got it all together again still under time budget. And then it held high pressure perfectly. If you can get Don working on your gas pipes, you'll be in very good hands. And Mark was more than fair in billing with the extras. What more can you ask for? I'd call on them again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending them to anyone needing heating/cooling work done. They rock!

In January​ 2019, we had a catastrophic failure of our Lennox Complete Heat system which had…read moreprovided both heat and hot water to our home. The failure occurred on a Sunday morning (of course!) Flooding the basement, we first called a restoration company (Dayspring - terrific) and then called Jason Gardner of All Pro, who we had talked to about eventually coming out and replacing the system. Jason rearranged his other work to accommodate us and arrived the next day to communicate with the remediation people who were still there checking on their work. He and his assistant, John, were able to tear out the old equipment​ and install a new on-demand hot water system in a couple days. We chose to have a heat pump to replace the heat portion of the failed system after Jason explained the pros and cons of different systems. Key parts of the new system had to be shipped from Georgia. Unfortunately, this was during the extreme cold spell in the east and shipping was delayed (but we used our fireplace during this pause.) Jason was in continuous communication​ with us, giving us updates and working crazy long hours to finish the installation. We are pleased with the new systems and particularly, Jason's attention to detail and the quality of his work. The Nest is a little overwhelming at first but now that we have some knowledge of it's process, all good! Would highly recommend All Pro!

I was told they only do estimates between 9 am and 11 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Like most people, my wife and I worked during those times. I asked if they could come out on a Friday afternoon when I could be home. I was told they could only do 9 am on Friday, as a special request. I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies in Missoula for our project, and none of them had issues meeting us at a time when we could be off of work. Except the plumber then LIED to my property management and told then that we had tried to flush KITTY LITTER down the toilet, and that is what plugged it! Not only Is this slander completely untrue, but the plummer NEVER EVEN LIFTED THE LID. So why make up a story for my property management that makes me look liable!? I called MPC, and they claimed that they would "look in to it". They never bothered to call me back and apologize though, after blatantly lying to slander me.

He just helped with a long-term hidden leak in the basement of the rental, which required Dayspring's services as well because there was mold mitigation involved. He did his plumbing part efficiently and well. In my extensive experience with him - he takes every customer seriously, answers calls quickly, diagnoses problems, has or gets the parts, and fixes things FAST. Bill will tell you he cannot work on sinks/faucets that are sold at Home Depot or Lowe's. That's all well and fine I guess but you'll likely have to pay one of the higher service call fees charged in missoula just to find this out! He left us with two choices, told us he could replace the hose if we ordered it (plus $190 for a second service call from Bill) or BUY a whole new faucet fixture from a brand that he would work on AND pay for another $190 for a service call. Honestly if he and his staff would have asked us some basic questions over the phone we could have ordered the part and installed it in one call. Before leaving this review I called and asked to speak with bill to see if he could come out to install the new hose (big mistake) and to offer him some customer feedback and a chance to resolve this problem. He called my phone and preceded to interrupt me as I was explaining my concerns and went off on a profanity laden rampage telling me to: "Come find him if you don't like his services" and to "go fix the f***king thing yourself" and then threatened me with harassment if I continued to contact him or his company, wow. Bill's a really rude/tough guy on the phone apparently, and if you read other reviews this isn't an isolated incident! Bill might have the worst customer service and staff that I have experienced in years. Do yourselves a favor and call someone (anyone) else! Bill doesn't need your hard earned money, choose one of the other myriad of options for plumbing and heating services in Missoula.
