My mother tried the malai kofta she had only tried Indian food once many years ago and this experience confirmed she's not a fan and has a bad taste palette haha. I really enjoyed this dish as well and was happy to have the leftovers the next couple days. We ordered her some chicken tenders from the kids menu but those also had some seasonings more cumin I'd say and others that she didn't enjoy but our 14 month old really enjoyed. When I told him extra spicy, I think he told the cook to make me regret being born. After 3 bites, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to finish it.... the sweat was beading on my forehead and my nose was like a firehose. I powered on. It was too delish not to. The lamb must have been pressure cooked or simmered for days because I've never hand lamb this tender in my life. It melted in my mouth.
