Terry did not check in with me shortly thereafter to see the condition of my trees. No info. Was given regarding what to expect over a period of time, and a website was verbally shared regarding watering/feeding info. But was very vague. Seemed like terry is burnt out on his craft and wanted to move on after pruning tree with no after care assistance provided to me. I asked questions and was told, "you need to get a hobby." Very disappointed $650 later. To current, 2/13/20, leaves are dropping off my lemon tree, and it appears there is a potential fungus or disease with the tree. Had another professional tree service co. Assess. Initially I mentioned, to terry, that the lemon tree could have a potential issue due to some bark on the tree falling off. Nothing was mentioned regarding a potential fungus or a disease. I do not recommend terry's tree service. Not customer service friendly and rude as well. Very condescending.

We had a large eucalyptus tree taken out, the stump ground, and three mesquite trees trimmed. They came with two truck/trailers and all of the major equipment necessary to do the job. They hit the ground running and never slowed down. As they finished, my neighbor called and asked if they would trim my tree that hangs over into their yard. No problem for Francisco. He got right to work, fired up the chipper again, and added the last-minute work. Cleanup was great. Francisco is very easy to work with and has a good attitude of "yeah, we can do that." They finished up in good time, and their price was better than competitors. We will use them again, and we heartily recommend Ashtree Service.
