I came to the golf course today with my husband AND SERVICE ANIMAL which is a 3 lb small dog for probably the 4th time this year and we've always had wonderful experiences however, today a woman with glasses and a raspy voice whom I assume is the manager by her aggressive tone not only provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life from the start of when we got to the golf course. As my husband and I were getting ready to put, she came out with her hands waving in the air screaming at us to immediately get the dog off the golf course. My husband and I calmly let her know that this is a service animal and she proceeded to say that was not true. It was false, and began to insist it was a fake service animal. The fact that this woman ignorantly is stating he's a fake service animal not only is offensive but is implying that we are faking a disability. Yes, the dog was not wearing his vest. However, in the past times he was never wearing his vest and that was OK. Every other person that works at the golf course has been fantastic and amazing with customer service and empathetic to the fact that this is a service animal, but this woman must've been having a terrible day or I don't know what however, she made us feel so uncomfortable and yelled at us in front of 15+ plus people. We will not be coming back here at all and we will advise everyone that we know not to come back here due to this screaming rude, aggressive woman working. This could've all been solved if she would've changed her tone when coming out. Yes, I understand that a vest is needed at times because we have not had this issue in the past. So We did not bring it. It is unfortunate that her poor customer service have called us to be sour about this golf course and will not be coming back. Hopefully this woman takes a class on customer service so she doesn't yell at her future customers and give them a terrible experience the way she did to us. read more
