And a really fun aspect of a visit is the nature trail around the 100+ yr. old schoolhouse next door. The staff keep the trail well groomed as a country garden. It is beautiful! There is a hive of honeybees in one wall of the old schoolhouse, so you have the pleasant hum of contented bees as you walk the trail. There is also a nice outside fountain and chairs adjacent to the waiting room. A wonderful atmosphere!

The huge advantage for them is everything is cutting edge and state of the art. Here is the list of things I really like. 1) Lovely setting over looking lake. 2) Bright and open waiting room that is comfortable and has wireless. 3) Well trained and personable staff. 4) State of the art equipment makes getting you teeth cleaned super pleasant. 5) Digital camera and dental records. I love being able to see the inside of my mouth in high def as the doctor explains what is going on in there. And most important for a guy like me. Lots of auto reminders to my email and text. They have acquired some great technology that gently but effectively gets me to my appointment. I am sure it cost big dollars to provide the overall service they do. I can only think of one person that was a bit rude but not as bad as some I have met over the years. The billing office knows their stuff. I can tell you other dentist offices in this town know very little about insurance and the complications it can be. The practice of prescribing antibiotics prior to procedures was extremely controversial in light of what we now know concerning gut health and overall health risks. This place has ruined my dental health and I have now spent thousands of dollars in repairing my teeth at another dentist in town. Metal fillings replaced. Cracked teeth needing to be fixed and crowns replaced just to name a few. This dentist ruined the dental health of my ex wife as well through out the 16 years of marriage I witnessed thousands of dollars in dental work that resulted in tooth loss, and dental problems. This is the worst dental practice in the entire area. Avoid at all costs.

He was gone for over an hour before returning. One of my fillings, I was told that the dr accidentally hit the nerve which would likely mean I need a root canal. He told me not to worry for now because he filled it the best he could. On the teeth where I was given filling, I have more filling than tooth. I was fully numbed and receiving dental work in the chair when someone from the desk came to the chair and asked me if I could pay $2000 dollars out of pocket that day and that I had maxed my insurance. Which is fine, but why was I not told when I checked in. Due to the fact that I was halfway through my appointment, I ended up having to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket when I left. When I gave them my parents address (they are not local) for my billing statements, I was questioned about why I wasn't taking care of them myself since I was "an adult". They messed up my crown as well. Ultimately, I was not going to write them a review but after seeing a new dentist, I wanted to make sure that people knew what they might be walking into. At my new dentist, I was told that almost all of the work I had done on my teeth previously was needing to be fixed.
