Having just moved to the area a few months ago and jut getting dental insurance, this was the only…read moreplace that accepts my insurance (whole other story). I was very skeptical due to the name of the place. As soon as my insurance kicked in I called to schedule a CLEANING and I told them that I was new to the area. They scheduled my appoint for a few weeks. So fast forward to today when I go in and the place looks like, to quote another review "looks like a welfare dental office." So I fill out my paperwork, and go back in the exam room. I sat down in the chair in the assistant wasn't very welcoming and just jumped right into the x-rays. After she was done with the x-rays, she had the dentist come in. The dentist didn't even introduce himself and just started looking at my teeth. About 45 minutes later the assistant gives me back my glasses and said were all done. I replied "that's it, no cleaning. She says "oh on the schedule it just says an exam, check with the front desk." I go to check with the front desk and ask them if I had scheduled a cleaning. They reply, "oh we don't have a dental hygienist for the month of January." Really!? It would have been nice to know that when I called. So glad I took an hour of work so I could come in and waste my time. She wanted to schedule an appointment for the month of February for the cleaning, I said "No thanks, I'll call you." Do yourself a favor, pay a little extra and go see someone else. There are a lot more qualified dentists in the area! Thank god I didn't have them work on anything in my mouth.

She was eating, and it came out. They use them to separate teeth when they make fillings right next to each other. STAY away from this place. The lady dentist with brown eyes from Texas was her dentist. I had work done too , same day. Same lady dentist. I have to go to a different dentist to correct her shoddy work. First time the tooth was filled, when she drilled, ISAW BITS OF M TOOTH FLYING OUT WHEN SHE DRILLED. This has never happened before in my whole life at any other dentist. When I sat in the chair, before the lady dentist worked on me, the big older guy, (Not Ty) initially looked at my teeth and asked what was wrong. I said "I have a hole in this molar, be careful please don't touch it." So he takes his sharp little instrument and pokes it in the hole! I said " I told you I had a hole there!". He said " I didn't see it". OH my God, the pain I felt when he put that metal poker down the hole! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE. Do not go there. The lady dentist with brown eyes left me for 45 minutes with all this stuff in mouth. She went to take care of someone else! I had never in my whole life been to a worse dentist office. Thorough yet still gentle. Never once have I felt uncomfortable with her which is apparently a big deal to me. They stopped taking my insurance and I was devastated to switch. After two year at another local place, I decided to come back and pay out of pocket because I loved it so much. After my first visit back I am reminded of what a blessing this place is from the front office ladies, hygienists, to the dentists. Some things are just not replaceable and the family you feel here is one of a kind.

I didn't get his name but he did my exam after cleaning because Dr Jorgensen was with another patient. I don't know about you but I like to be in control of my healthcare. I get irritated when I make an appointment with one doctor and am seen by another doctor. I like to be in control and don't want to be seen by one guy this time and the other guy the next time. After doing some…read moresort of dental MRI, I was told I needed two root canals because I had an abscess in another tooth that I wasn't having any issues with. I was told I would be given an estimate after my insurance was contracted and before my appointment that I would pay at the time of the appointment. The quote was a little more than I could afford going into the holiday season and I almost delayed the work because I wasn't having issues, but I bit the bullet and used a credit card. I felt that they did a very thorough job with the root canals and only felt discomfort due to my TMJ, so I thought it went well. I ended up with a black and blue bruise on my face for a couple of weeks that was very painful and I was billed a month later for an additional 250% of what I already paid on my credit card, that I most definitely can not afford and would have delayed the work and sought treatment elsewhere had I known the total cost beforehand, especially since neither tooth was bothering me. I will never use this service again.

I used it this evening and the new tool did the job. Dr Holmes was professional and conservative in his recommendations which I appreciate. He gave me a referral to a local oral surgeon for a non dental mouth issue. I am so glad to have been linked with Dr Holmes and staff. From checking in to out the door everyone was great.
