They don't take insurance which was ok for me b/c I don't have it, but it could make things harder for those who do.

They guilted me into a 4000 dollar invisalign course, and then tried to get me to pay more for retainers at the end of it. There is a plaque in the office saying how many invisalign they've sold. I had to wait about an hour at the office once before an appointment. Another time, I had an appointment, but my car broke down, I called them to let them know that I couldn't come, and they told me there would be a cancellation fee. Their ads that play at the movie theater mention how there's "no guilt." Absolutely fuck this place.

The VA paid them, then they decided to extort the VA and us for more money. I went elsewhere and found out that they used the lowest type of denture possible. Dentist don't even use this type anymore and we have to pay to have it altered. If you're a VET BEWARE of this company. It's the only one approved for VA in Ellensburg! Go to Yakima! He was gone for over an hour before returning. One of my fillings, I was told that the dr accidentally hit the nerve which would likely mean I need a root canal. He told me not to worry for now because he filled it the best he could. On the teeth where I was given filling, I have more filling than tooth. I was fully numbed and receiving dental work in the chair when someone from the desk came to the chair and asked me if I could pay $2000 dollars out of pocket that day and that I had maxed my insurance. Which is fine, but why was I not told when I checked in. Due to the fact that I was halfway through my appointment, I ended up having to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket when I left. When I gave them my parents address (they are not local) for my billing statements, I was questioned about why I wasn't taking care of them myself since I was "an adult". They messed up my crown as well. Ultimately, I was not going to write them a review but after seeing a new dentist, I wanted to make sure that people knew what they might be walking into. At my new dentist, I was told that almost all of the work I had done on my teeth previously was needing to be fixed. Barely noticed injections to numb the area and Dr. Magnuson was very diligent to perform the best possible service. I actually fell asleep several times knowing I was in such good hands.
