I am so disappointed with the remodeling company I hired for my home project. Where do I even begin? From start to finish, it was a complete nightmare. First off, their communication was atrocious. It felt like pulling teeth to get any sort of response from them, and when they did bother to reply, it was always vague and unhelpful.
Then there's the quality of their work, or should I say lack thereof. It's like they've never heard of craftsmanship. The materials they used were cheap and shoddy, and the workmanship was even worse. Crooked lines, uneven surfaces, you name it. It's like they were actively trying to make my home look worse.
And let's not forget about the timeline. They promised the project would be done in a reasonable amount of time, but it dragged on and on. Weeks turned into months, and still, they weren't finished. Every time I asked about the delay, they had a different excuse ready, but none of them were believable.
To top it all off, they had the audacity to overcharge me for their subpar services. I paid top dollar expecting top-notch results, but what I got was far from it. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of unsuspecting customers like me.
