It had sucked up a filter into the duct and also needed electrical rework . Matt was the most honest and genuine A/C service tech I've ever worked with. Didn't try to sell me service plans or add/ons ( thank you thank you!!!) My unit went back to working properly and Matt also educated me on how to properly service it with routine filter changes. Finally an A/C company that isn't in it to rip off a single lady homeowner! I will be calling on Comfort World for my routine servicing -and again can't say how appreciative I am to have found them. I highly recommend!

When I called to cancel they noted the owner Lucas had to send over the form himself. I called today and spoke to Sara to get a timeline on the form and share their network is still trying to connect and sending us notifications. She seemed to get upset and note it was just her and Lucas running the company and there is nothing she could do it. I told her I understand but she started to blame the new company we went with and said they needed to take care of it. She seemed very confused and ended up hanging up on me because I asked her not to call me sweetheart. After hanging up she called back 10 min later and gave me a new name of Brandy and when I questioned if she was Sarah or brandy she said she had two names. Never acknowledged that she hung up and just noted she sent a note to IT and kept calling me honey and sweetheart. Just really bizarre behavior. The cameras - At first they were great, but then started to lag greatly. (We did upgrade the WiFi and all that) the doorbell was hit or miss sometimes it would record and other times it wouldn't and then eventually stoped working. When we would call to have someone come out they said someone would get back to us but they never would. The monthly price is low at 29.99 which is a big sell but you get what you pay for. We have our security system with Vivant and decided to switch our cameras with them and it ended up being the same monthly price but a company that has great customer service and responsive.

His team was not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. I owned and operated an electrical company in Washington state that was very large and i had certain standards. I wasn't sure what the expectations would be down in Arizona. From day one Bob was never pushy, he offered suggestions and ultimately completed our project on time and as promised. A job this size always comes with drywall damage and I knew that going into it. But it was very minor and at the end of the project you literally cannot notice any repairs. This company definitely knows high end home service for sure. Upon completion, the programming team came out to politely show my wife and I how the system worked from our phones, tablets, and more. Not once did our questions get overlooked the team took the time to log us into everything and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Once we had more time to understand the system we added even more light switches to the program. Later, I discovered that the phone number in my Control4 to contact them was incorrect, but the email address I used was correct so that is on them. After a month of waiting, I finally reached someone via phone and asked for some programming changes. A few days later I noticed that some of my requests had been completed but not the rest. I had to chase them down to thank them for doing while inquiring when I could expect the rest. What's most frustrating about this whole process is all but one of my emails went unanswered and they responded to me as if I was just saying Hello. A few days ago, I finally spoke with an Ethan was friendly and promised to be my liaison. However, my request to have programming done for my Control4 to include my Marantz receiver has not progressed at all and there has been no communication. I would not have a problem if it took them 30 days to complete the issue, but the lack of communication is appalling. It's been a horrible experience.
