There are many options for the salt room, including group or private, and sound. We did a group and there are 5 beds, 4 people in total. When we walked in we were greeted and explained the process. They have coffee and water at the front. Then we were taken back to a small changing room and put robes on. You want as much of your skin as possible in order to absorb the salt air. You then go lay in a lounge type chair for 45 minutes and relax. It was so soothing and interesting. I was expecting a sauna vibe but it was room temperature and peaceful. Definitely returning!!

I am going to reserve updating the review to 5 (which it very well may be) until after some services have settled in. I have had three services done - Botox, Juviderm ultra filler and some Cool Sculpting. All non invasive. I can't show up to work and people say "whoa chick, what happened to your face!", so subtle-ish and on point services was what I was going for and have received thus far. All of the staff I have interacted with are wonderful. Friendly, warm, non-judgey and knowledgeable about their craft. The offices are clean, comfortable and well appointed. I would totally recommend checking them out, they offer a lot of other "refreshing variants" (my code word for this) and are a wonderful group.

Twice I had treatments done for botox and filler, and within weeks the products are not there anymore. I don't get how a filler that is supposed to last 18 to 24 months, just disappears with 2 months. And a friend had a similar experience, and has sworn never to go back as well. It's very disappointing because these treatments are not cheap. And all of the emotional investment on working on your look and well being. And losing the trust after years of being loyal to the same clinic. Honestly, don't waste your money, time, and emotional investment.

They have services that range from relaxation facials to cosmetic skin rejuvenation treatments such as injectables fillers, sofwave, and more. Additionally, they have mental and physical wellbeing treatments/modalities such as the red light therpay bed and the shiftwave chair, which combines vibration and breathwork to help regulate your nervous system. Lastly, they have an onsite therapist. Essentially, Luxe aims to be a place "where beauty and emotional wellness and coexist." It's a unique concept and a place really centered on helping feel like your best self! My diamond glow facial with Andrea was awesome. I've always been a hydrafacial girlie, but I might be switching to Diamond Glow. My face was so smooth afterwards without any irritation. Andrea is super lovely and made sure I was comfortable during the facial. I'll definitely be back!

Two weeks ago, Sunday, I woke up with tendonitis in my Achilles. I couldn't put any pressure on the…read moreleg because it hurt so bad. I took the day off to R-I-C-E (rest, ice, compression, elevation). I'm all about alternative therapies :-) I had wanted to try out the Icebox for cryotherapy because I had heard it is excellent for muscle recovery and to reduce inflammation. So, on Monday morning, I headed over to St. Phillips Plaza. The Icebox is a clean, peaceful spa atmosphere. The staff is friendly, fun, and professional. The parking is abundant, but on the weekends due to the pop-up market, you may have to walk a little bit. So the first time I hobbled in, Zeke was there to give me a tour of the facility and told me how everything works. I decided to start with their intro package 2 cryotherapy sessions and 2 compression treatments. The cryo chamber is a single person size which is great since I want privacy. They provide gloves, socks, slippers and an ultra-plush robe that is so comfortable I want one for my home. You wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing in the cryo chamber but most simple wear underwear or undergarments. The changing rooms are very clean and private with locked doors and a key that you can pop into your robe pocket. Ready for treatment. The staff hand you a headband to cover your ears, a mask (optional), and gloves. The last step is choosing your temperature and music. The temperature range is Cold-to-Colder but its only 3 minutes and I can do pretty much anything for 3 minutes. The music is on spotify so you can literally pick what you want to listen to. I chose SOJA a reggae band. The song was great but i just stood there the first time and the time went by a little slow. The second time I did a podcast, the selection was random, and the womans calm slow voice was not a good fit. Thats about the time I heard that some people exercise while in doing the coldest setting. So now I pick one song I can dance/exercise to and the time flies by. Perfect!!! A couple days a week, after the cryo I do compression. Its 24 minutes of blissful relaxation reclining in a comfortable chair in front of a salt wall. Salt therapy works through the release of negative ions - yay salt! While compressing you can enjoy a hot cup of tea and even red light therapy So, what happened after my first visit? I still have tendonitis but within 12 hours I was able to walk on my leg and the inflammation is greatly reduced. I started with cold and have gradually moved up to the even colder temperature. Cryo has helped me so much! I love the Icebox and Cryo so much I purchased a monthly unlimited membership and make it a point to go everyday.
