Hate to leave a…read morebad review but had a specifically remarkably un-stellar run-around from the owner of the school that cost me thousands. **Customers beware, they do not maintain their parking lot and have a fair amount of rebar sticking out in their parking curbs that they seem to ignore ** Ripped my bumper out pretty intensely while parking, and while it's my bad I didn't notice 2.5 inches of rebar sticking up from the concrete bar while parking, I'm not usually in the habit of checking for rebar. We noted at least 3 other parking spots that had this issue. The reaction from the owner afterwards was to try and blame the neighbouring business for parking lot maintenance (they have an easement), even though Pure Aesthetics is the only one to use it. I got such a passive run-around from the owner here, as if yeah sure you don't technically have a legal requirement to maintain your lot, but if someone was to get hurt tripping on rebar in your lot, you'd take it seriously. I didn't take them to small claims and generally try to respect fellow small business owners because it's rough out there, but it was thousands out of pocket to fix the bumper. Maintaining your lot so rebar isn't just waiting to rip up or trip someone seems like a pretty basic part of owning a property. Just cut it so this doesn't happen to someone else. So just a warning to all those who park here, it looks like they still haven't fixed any of their parking spots.

The vibe at Pure Aesthetics is peaceful and I've always had a great experience there when receiving a facial. Today I selected the Vit C facial (which was fantastic) but they have such a great menu of services at a reasonable rate. 1 Star -- Extremely disappointing and painful experience…read more I booked a PRP facial with microneedling and this provider was unable to even complete the PRP portion because Jessica could not successfully draw blood after multiple painful failed attempts trying to find a vein. She then wanted to draw from my hand, which was far too painful and unacceptable. Since they could not perform the PRP treatment I paid for, I was given hyaluronic acid instead, which is not what I booked nor expected. This was by far the worst facial treatment experience I have had. I was considering purchasing a series of treatments, but after this experience there is absolutely no way I would return. Very dissatisfied.

Chelsea offers five different types of massage: swedish, lymphatic, deep-tissue, neuromuscular and aromatherapy (Aromatherapy is $10 extra). I received a deep tissue/swedish massage and can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've ever received. You know it's a great massage when you drift into that state of semi-consciousness somewhere around the 30 minute mark. Customer service was top notch and I will most definitely be back to visit again. Overall, not only was this a great massage experience, but I love to support new small businesses.
